I called Bo, who quickly responded to my emergency of a leaking pipe. Bo sent Pete within an hour of placing the call. Pete was great. I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend this company and should the need arise , Mile HI will be the first call I make.

Luis came out to my house after I had a drain back up issue in my basement. He was on time, honest, and knowledgeable about the problem and what needed to be done. He suggested the different options that Swan has in order to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Luis to be your technician if you have any plumbing issues. Drain and sewer solutuons saved my day.

They answered our call on the second ring - on a Sunday. They showed up on time. Daniel was professional, courteous, patient, and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue of our plugged plumbing, and gave us options to address the current and potentially future issues. He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

The boiler in the property was quite old. Naturally, on one of the coldest days of the year, the boiler decided to quit working. I spent an hour calling essentially twenty different companies before speaking with Jessica at Prime. She was able to get Nate to come to our house the following morning, where he fixed the boiler. He also gave us a very reasonable quote for the boiler replacement.

Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

If I could give them a negative number I would. I have made multiple (too many) phone calls requesting a corrected invoice so that my insurance company will reimburse me for the $11,000 dollars I paid them to fix a sewer line. State Farm has also made the requests. I just keep getting the runaround. I have used Royal Rooter many times in the past and they have always been excellent. Elite Rooter has been very UNreliable!!!

I called during the weekend with a question about my water heater repair and they took the time out to their busy schedule to explain. Came in the next day and fixed the issue.

After finding Around the Clog, I've never used a different plumber. Their work is top notch, while having very reasonable prices. I know I will not be sold a false bill of goods or be pushed to do work that is unnecessary (unlike many of the larger plumbers in the area). Any future plumbing issue, I will be using Around the Clog.

The new installation is state-of-the-art, top notch and is already paying off. Couldn’t be happier.It should be said that when you choose Tipping Hat, you are not working with just another HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical company. You are entering into a relationship. Amber is a top-notch account rep who takes a genuine interest in her clients and their satisfaction. With her, you feel that you’ve made a new friend and you have a direct line of contact for follow-up. My sense is that this is just who she is but I also believe that it comes top down from company leadership who makes this their mission. She and her colleagues will tell you how great a company it is and the positivity and warmth they exude tells me that they are happy working for Tipping Hat and it is indeed a great company. I will for sure turn to them for all my future service needs.

I've called Hyperflow a couple times for clearing out a main line (tree roots), and they always respond really quickly and get a time scheduled within the next 24 hours to come out. They're really kind, professional, quick, and get the job done perfectly every time. Definitely recommend!
