On April 20th I had the pleasure to meet Drillon, Gille, Detlef, Kyle, Remington, and Gabe. I was having issues with my air conditioning unit outside and after getting a few quotes I decided that tipping hat was the correct choice for me. After talking with Drillon I decided that the furnace was needing replacement also considering it was the original furnace from when this home was built. He noticed that the way my system was designed it wasn’t moving air properly. My old furnace was literally sitting on the ground. So not only was I getting a complete new system but they were also redesigning how my plenum was directing my airflow and moving it up off the ground. I used to work with hvac in my early 20s so I guess you can say I was a bit nosy. These guys were cool though. If I ever had any questions they would answer them for me. I got to come down and see their progress multiple times and they were never bothered. I had to limit myself from talking because I felt like I was distracting them from the work they had.I noticed they they all seemed pretty tight nit with each other. It pretty tough working in a crawl space all day so it’s nice to see the crew laughing and working well with each other.The entire crew was extremely friendly and helpful. I have animals and they were very respectful about closing the doors. They even showed me a bit of love at the end of the day because some things on my water heater were not to code but they went ahead at no extra cost to fix that for me.All in all I’m very satisfied with Tipping Hat and would definitely recommend this company in the future to anybody doing hvac, plumbing, or electrical.My only regret was not taking photos before so I could compare the after because it looks fantastic now.

I don't like to bother posting these reviews but it's worth posting this one. I always dread calling plumbers because there's always some hidden fee or they take forever to just get the job done. These guys dealt with a leak in my crawlspace from the pipes coming from my half-bath toilet (gross) that other plumbers have missed over the years. It was quick, the price was fair. Yeah, what more could you want from a plumbing service? Would highly recommend.

Hyper Flow was a fantastic plumbing contractor! Kyle was very nice, as well as Brian. If you need work done , ask for Brian , he was beyond nice and courteous and a very knowledgeable master plumber!

By far, best plumber in Denver!! I called Sasha on two separate occasions for some small plumbing issues. The first time, my girlfriend accidentally flushed a small lotion bottle down my toilet causing it to get stuck, clogging the toilet. The second time, our garbage disposal was stuck due to some broken glass. He said “I’ll be over in a few” and arrived knocking on my door within ten minutes with his drain snake and all his tools. He kept his working area clean, was incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve been referring him to friends too where he’s pushed great quality into some larger jobs for them too! Can’t thank you enough Sasha!

Paul helped us fix our swamp cooler. He was professional and communicated clearly on the cost and issues. His service was fast And efficient....especially on these 100 degree days we’ve been experiencing. He certainly saved the day! I would highly recommend him

I have used Plumbline in the past and as before they were quick to respond and very professional. They assessed the problem thoroughly and explained what repairs would be needed. Sometimes hard to hear but in an older home bigger problems occur and are necessary to fix. They offer a quick turnaround as well.

I bought a $8,000 bathtub from this company and when it was delivered, I called to schedule an installation hoping that the company would support all aspects of deployment, as the expert on all the features the tub came equipped with. After all, they have plumbing in the title. Bob picked up the phone and said precisely this: I am not interested in installing your bathtub. I inquired about a reason, primarily thinking that maybe my bathroom, that is currently being remodeled, doesn't have something required for the install. After much unexplained and unsubstantiated push back, Bob asked condescendingly whether my construction crew was certified and all permits were present. I responded that that is the case and asked whether, with this information provided, he would do the install. Bob responded that that does not guarantee that he will perform the install, since he is the owner of the business and can do as he pleases. Overall, his attitude was hugely disrespectful, arrogant and dismissing, all the way assuming, for some reason, that my construction project was done by amateurs that would mess up the plumbing and have no proper documentation, which was absolutely not the case. The project manager sent Bob all the info, but by then I was so astonished that a business owner would treat his customer with such contempt and lack of professionalism, that I decided that it's not a company I ever want to do business with. I wish I bought from a different company that actually cared about what happens after the sale. If you decide to look at them, my advise, instead of talking to the nice helpful ladies in the showroom, first meet Bob and pre-negotiate all the basics or better yet, take your business elsewhere.

Chris was amazing! He was very patient and explained things to me such that I could understand. He has strong interpersonal and communication skills. He protected our floor when moving heavy objects. The installation was flawless. He cleaned up the cellar before he left, and only requested payment on his way out. Again assuring me if I have any questions, to call him. Needless to say, I would recommend Chris for any plumbing needs.

These plumbers were all so personable and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend 24 HR Emergency Plumber Denver INC for always being there and that we can count on them.

I went in and returned a few parts my plumber over ordered originally I was told it would take a week which is normal to get accredited or get a check but the manager Kyle was awesome and did a great job at helping me I really appreciate everything they've done for me they have my business from here on out

Emilio came out to our house to assess water pouring into our basement. He calmly and expertly explained the issue, got us the recommendation that was correct (which differed than 2 other plumbers recommendations). He saved us over $10-15K because other plumbers wanted to redo our entire water main. Thank you!!! I will trust this service for my other plumbing needs and cannot recommend them enough!
