I contacted them for a new water heater and had Greg Hughes come out to my home. I was just so impressed with Greg's knowledge and desire to help. Not to mention, he seems like a really good guy. I expressed to him early that I'm probably going to do the work myself and that I was shopping for price. Instead of trying to hard sell me on using his company, he instead respected where I was and gave me helpful information to consider in my decision, both promoting the merits of using his company's services but also in giving a number of tips for me to do it, which saved me some grief. Truthfully, his company isn't a low-budget company, but if I wasn't able to do the work myself, I would definitely have considered using them because when you buy cheap, you buy twice and have twice the headaches. This company appears among the highest in integrity and professionalism. With them, I have no doubt they would stand behind their work and take care of anything needed. But again, my main reason for this review is due to their employee - Greg. Even though Greg didn't get the sale on this one, his approach helped build loyalty for the future and I would definitely consider them for any future projects.

I had Dan Lopez come by and check my garage disposal. He was on time, professional and friendly. We will definitely use his services again in the future.

Just used Golden West to service the HVAC at my rental condo in Denver. Andy was on time, the office coordinator worked with my tenant and Andy took the time to explain everything to me over the phone. Great service especially considering I am out of state. Awesome job
