Great service, I had them come out to both of my houses. One they found a cracked pipe and repaired a main sewer line excellent service good price. Second emergency backup John came out and took care of the issue at a very good price as well excellent service with great communication.

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

Water Heater Experts are the best. My technician (I can't remember his name) was there on time, polite and he did his due diligence and fixed my water heater without any issues. I was sure that I was going to be told, I needed a new water heater and that was not the case. I appreciated that proper steps were taken by the tech to fix it, instead of trying to get me to buy a new heater. If I ever need this type of services again, I will definitely contact Water Heater Experts.

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

I called because my toilet wouldn’t stop running. Excellent customer service - knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and quick. I recommend this team to everyone.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!
