Thomas is amazing! After we found out our sink drain had been leaking we called around to several plumbers to get quotes and see what was needed for repairs. Thomas was able to come out that day and give us an idea as to what we were looking at! He made more recommendations then any of the other plumbers and was more detailed. At this time we also decide to move our laundry feed lines from under our floor joist into the the floor joist so we could sheetrock our ceiling and put in can lights. He gave us a quote for each job and when compared to the other quotes not only was he cheaper but he also was the most detailed. It was a no brainer choice at that point. He was able to fit us in right away and got the work done in about half a day. He was very professional and does quick detailed oriented work. I would recommend him to everyone! Out of the 15 plumbers we had come give us inspections he was the quickest to respond, gave us the lowest quote and was the most through work. Also just an fyi ( Fast forward 3 weeks) No leaks and everything is working great!

Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results! We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. Alex came out promptly and replaced an old gas valve in my basement. He was fast, friendly, and the price was much more reasonable than some of the other companies I contacted. The connection was a little different than expected but he kept the price the same even though he needed a couple extra parts. Justin H installed a new AC unit for us, and he did a top-notch job! Plumbline has been affected by the post-Covid societal issues like every other business, but if you can hang in there past the bureacracy and staffing issues, their HVAC techs (such as Justin H) are excellent. I am awarding 5 stars for the technical expertise and the professionalism. Plumbline is expen$ive, but they were available and their warranty and product line is excellent.

I bought a $8,000 bathtub from this company and when it was delivered, I called to schedule an installation hoping that the company would support all aspects of deployment, as the expert on all the features the tub came equipped with. After all, they have plumbing in the title. Bob picked up the phone and said precisely this: I am not interested in installing your bathtub. I inquired about a reason, primarily thinking that maybe my bathroom, that is currently being remodeled, doesn't have something required for the install. After much unexplained and unsubstantiated push back, Bob asked condescendingly whether my construction crew was certified and all permits were present. I responded that that is the case and asked whether, with this information provided, he would do the install. Bob responded that that does not guarantee that he will perform the install, since he is the owner of the business and can do as he pleases. Overall, his attitude was hugely disrespectful, arrogant and dismissing, all the way assuming, for some reason, that my construction project was done by amateurs that would mess up the plumbing and have no proper documentation, which was absolutely not the case. The project manager sent Bob all the info, but by then I was so astonished that a business owner would treat his customer with such contempt and lack of professionalism, that I decided that it's not a company I ever want to do business with. I wish I bought from a different company that actually cared about what happens after the sale. If you decide to look at them, my advise, instead of talking to the nice helpful ladies in the showroom, first meet Bob and pre-negotiate all the basics or better yet, take your business elsewhere.

Great job today fixing our bathroom sink drain and our master bedroom toilet. The bathroom drain repair was especially difficult so it was nice that the owner of the company did the work himself. Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.
