I had a pinhole leak in my copper pipe located in the basement washroom. Pete came out from Mile High Plumbing Repair to do the job. He was on time and explained to me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He did a great job and I was very satisfied with his work.

These guys came out and handled my furnace repair (an old boiler furnace that are hard to find furnace maintenance experts for), and it was just in time for the cold weather and snow that we received recently. Paige in their front office is very friendly, scheduling was a breeze for same day HVAC service, and the problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Last summer my air conditioner went out and Carlos Luna and his associate Brandon installed a new one for me. Carlos explained in detail what size air conditioner I would need to cool my home.This year when I went to turn the air conditioner on, I was having difficulty getting it to start up. I called and asked if Carlos was available and he was sent to my home. Carlos went through my AC system step by step checking a variety of things to make sure each was in good working order. Carlos walked me through these steps and explained what he was doing. He said these steps can help a homeowner pinpoint a problem if the AC will not turn on. This additional guidance and support was greatly appreciated by me and my family as it was an extremely hot day and we had just arrived home from being out of town. i know Carlos was finished with his regular day and should have been on his way home, but he still took the time to stop by and make certain my AC was in good working order and was not malfunctioning.Carlos was the ultimate professional, was very polite and accommodating and is why I asked for him to be sent to my home again.

This company came to service a water heater through my warranty company. They charged me $40 more than the contracted service call fee, the guy entered my home with a lit cigarette. And he was clearly going through my basement asking about items I had and if I wanted to sell them When I messaged a day later with some issues, i never received a response. My warranty company has stated they never submitted for approval.
And now 2 years later I had to replace the hot water heater because this guy installed the other wrong and did not install all the parts. Parts melted. Do not hire this guy.
