My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

Do not recommend. I’m sorry, it’s a month’ish later and I’m still irritated that I paid them $250 only to leave me with a bigger problem. They used a hydro jet on a sewer line blockage and flooded my new laundry room. I had to spend more money to get another company out that 1.) said hydro jetting was a huge mistake 2.) cleared the clog with no issue in very little time 3.) that I should’ve just had come out bc I had good previous experience with them. I had to rent a carpet cleaner ($50+ including shampoo) to clean and move my washer and sink to clean the dried sewage up that flooded underneath. Nice enough guys, just didn’t do well in this respect.

I would love to recommend prime plumbing services to everyone. These people are very reasonable and great workers.

Thomas is great! He was very patient and understanding in dealing with me and my issue. And willing to come help me on short notice. He even took the time to help me understand the repair and how I might resolve a similar issue in the future, as I was interested. He is very personable and polite, and it's clear that he genuinely enjoys helping people out. Can't say enough good things.

Needed help with a kitchen sink faucet. I couldn’t remove without possibly breaking the copper pipes. I made an appointment. John from Rotorooter came in, quickly made all the necessary repairs and even polished the sink. My wife said the sink looks brand new. This is the third time using them for plumbing repair. Each time it has been fast and reasonably priced.

Same day service new gas water heater & gas furnace at a great price.Outstanding service. TJ was very courteous and explained with video how to self service with filter and new thermostat. Video of my cracked heat exchanger and data on my defective furnace model to compare validated the need to replace. Replaced older water heater 2 years over warranty date before it goes out over the holidays with guests staying. Was quoted $700 for a project that took 30 min after watching a Youtube video. Save your money and go elsewhere or do it yourself.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.

Finding a plumber who will be straight forward about pricing with you is so hard to find. IPC was different from the rest and quoted me a good rate before they came. Other plumbers will come and either quote a ridiculous amount or charge for the visit itself. IPC was friendly and on time. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues I have.
