Called the company because my tub drain was clogged and the guy (owner?) talked me through a solve within a couple of minutes. Saving me the timing and expense of having a tech come out. Very knowledgeable about my old house plumbing (never knew there was a secret panel on the other side of the tub), and gave clear directions. Any future big problems that come up will definitely be calling them to fix. Great work.

Paul and Zach made quick work of our leaking spigot that had an internal crack. They located it through the basement, made the hole pretty small and replaced with a newer spigot. Nice guys and the price was fair. Will definitely be using them for our future plumbing needs.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results! John Waters came right on time and took a lot of time to show me what was going on with my current unit. He worked with me so I could have a top of the line system and still be able to afford it. Beau was extremely kind and knowledgeable. In my experience with contractors they try to nickel and dime you any way they can, he did not! He worked on two separate issues with our home. One that required an adjustment under our sink that was no cost and the other was a toilet needing an updated piece of equipment that would cost us a bit. We ended up having both problems fixed and it was extremely cost effective thanks to his communication and expertise.Without a doubt we will be calling Beau at A Better Plumbing CO the next time we have any plumbing issues!

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

In my former job I used Denver Plumbing Consultants to renovate the plumbing in two commercial buildings, and have used them at my personal residence several times as well. I've not a seen a company more committed to providing good service, which can be especially rare for plumbers. They've always been on time and courteous.

We have used Blue Sky in the past and this time our technician Gareth was fantastic. He responded within an hour as we only have one bathroom in our home. He was able to install a new toilet for us as the previous one was old and not functioning well any longer. Our floors are a challenge as it’s an old home and they are uneven. Gareth’s final install turned out great and we won’t hesitate to use Blue Sky again!

The person sent was over an hour late. Then said he could not do the job by himself because the water heater was to big for him to install by himself. So he would need to come back in a day or two. I have had water heaters installed before by only one person, so I don't know what the deal was.

In any case it wasted my time and I was so angry I cancelled. I don't have time for this type of treatment. I do plan to contact Home Depot to let them know. Seems quite lazy, really !
