Chris and Adam from Swan Plumbing & Heating installed a new hot water heater in our home in Arvada today. They arrived on time and told me what they planned to do. They worked quickly and efficiently, and were done in about an hour's time. They showed me the work that they had done and explained the various features of the new heater. They cleaned up after themselves. I appreciated their efficiency, knowledge and courtesy.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!

Dave replaced a water pressure reducer valve for me that was causing water hammer issues. He was on time and professional (wore a mask which I appreciated). He first attempted to adjust the valve to avoid replacing it, but then we learned it did require replacement. He took care of the replacement in about 30 minutes and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Travis was very responsive and quick to get us the help we needed. Once they got started, Tim worked on multiple things in our house and did an amazing job. He was super nice and did a great job explaining everything. We had multiple issues come up as they dove deeper into the plumbing and we’re so thankful to have things fixed and be confident that Tim did it right!

Today, I had the best possible experience with a plumber. The plumber showed there promptly, cheerfully, and extremely well-informed. He determined the problem and set to work fixing it, at least temporarily fixing my shower and toilet. He performed an excellent job, told me what to expect, and made the whole thing easy on me.
