Michael was amazing. Not only was the problem fixed, I was educated on what was being done and why. Michael also identified issues that previously were overlooked and corrected the problem. Amazing customer service and extremely trustworthy. Will only use wirenut for future electric service.

I have used Brothers for several different projects and recently my garbage disposal stopped working. Nick, who replaced my old fan and fixed a new fan, came out to fix the disposal. He is my preferred person at Brothers. Always professional, on time and takes the time to explain what he’s going to do. I highly recommend him, and Brothers for plumbing and electrical needs!

Josh did an excellent job of detecting the problems, explaining the problems and what needed to be done.Josh also explained the time & cost before beginning the most major repair on replacing my faucets & pipe leak -replacement. Josh & his apprentice spent 7 hrs to get this job done so I could have water the next day .Josh came back 2 days later to repair something that I thought was his job . It was not his job but he spent 20-30 minutes to fix it anyway . That is beyond the call of duty . Because of my excellent experience with Josh / Golden West , I will use them again and recommend them to others .
