Detlef did a fantastic job today replacing our large AC unit and ensuring the new unit worked well with our existing furnace. Derlef was very professional, knowledgeable, good natured, and demonstrated a great work ethic. He patiently answered all of our questions, worked tirelessly on each of the aspects of the installation, and took great care to protect our floors, leaving the work areas spotless. We were very pleased with his service and will recommend him to others.

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

They did a great job! I had a pipe that busted, called them and they were there in about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and they were friendly. I will definitely use them in the future. They do bathroom remodeling as well, which i also need done soon; and i plan on calling them up for the job.

So incredibly pleased by my experience with JD's Plumbing Service! My master shower hasn't had any hot water for several weeks now. I travel every week for work, so this has been a backburner/non-emergency service needed that I've been dreading. Finally, I had a few days at home, and called JD's at 8:30AM on a Monday. The owner, John- incredibly friendly and personable, answered and said they could have someone to my house between 11AM-2PM, and that they would call ahead within 30 minutes of arrival. A woman called me back at 11:30AM and let me know that Matt would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Matt and the owner John arrived at 12:10PM, right at the 40 minute mark. They were both incredibly kind, respectful and thorough in explaining to me (a single woman) what was wrong with my shower. Never did I feel gauged or taken advantage of. They told me the cost upfront- before starting their work- and explained what they would have to do to fix it. They went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a floppy sink faucet at no cost. We came home to the smell of natural gas and a house with a temperature of 52. Within an hour of placing a call we had a wonderful technician, Matt, out and he solved our broken ignightor. It took less than half an hour for him to do the work and we are so thankful!!

I've used Golden West for a variety of HVAC and plumbing needs over the last several years. Once again, my experience with their team was excellent. Jerid did the work on my plumbing that was under the sink. He did a very good job. He walked through the steps, took pictures and showed me what he was doing and explained everything. I would recommend Jerid to anyone! Jerid will be my plumber whenever I need plumbing done.
