Best Main Line in Denver CO

I called at midnight because our water heater was pouring out water. Bo spent 45 minutes on the phone directing me through the process to safely shut off the unit until the morning when he called for us to find out if our water heater was under warranty. Luckily it was!! They were able to go to Boulder to pick up the last available unit and install it before 1 pm that day. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use there service again!

Chad is awesome! He was really helpful with showing me what was wrong with my kitchen sink plumbing system, came up with a great solution, and was generally just very nice. Thanks, Chad!

The customer service is good, but I was charged for issues that were not addressable. I had slow draining issue in showers, the professionals assessed and realised it was due to small pipes in the old house, floor slope issue etc - but I still got charged about $230+ for “unclogging” these two showers - which I feel was unfair. I did have real clogging issue in the kitchen sink and one other bathroom, which was efficiently addressed by their team. But I feel 900$ for unclogging 1 kitchen sink, and 3 shower drains are a little too pricey (2/3 showers did not even needed professional unclogging for the issue i had). So a little disappointed. We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

We appreciate the fantastic, timely, professional, and reasonable services from this company and highly recommend them!

Gilbert is the absolute man. I called him this evening and he was able to help me out over the phone. He didn't even ask me for any money. Most plumbers would have charged a service fee just to come out, instead he just walked me through something to try and helped me diagnose the problem. Now next time I have a real issue I know exactly who I'm going to call first since I trust him not to rip me off.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
