I needed my back yard drain cleared of some tree roots. Josh was a few minutes early. He was polite, he came in the house with shoe covers so as not to track anything on the floor.He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take as well as explaining the cost. He was professional and friendly. After he finished the job, he checked thoroughly to be sure that the actual problem had been resolved. He left everything cleaned up and anything which was moved to accommodate the equipment was returned to the correct place. I will use Done Plumbing in the future and I will ask for Josh. The office staff was also very professional and courteous.

We had a plumbing emergency unfortunately on a weekend at the last moment. Thomas and Shawn were able to arrive much earlier than the quoted time and were professional beyond anything I’ve experienced. They offered to walk us through everything they did which was pretty amazing. No one ever offered to share the process and offer future solutions. Polite, professional, thorough, I can’t find enough adjectives for these guys. Go to team from now on.

We had a backed up sewer line last Sunday and Manuel was sent to our home in a very short amount of time. The level of professionalism, kindness and courtesy by both Manuel and the dispatcher was phenomenal. Not only was he able to quickly get water flowing out of our house again, he explained clearly the next steps I can take to prevent another issue like this happening again. I had such a good experience that I've already shared their contact info with my friends in case they ever need help with their plumbing. In addition to the great experience during a catastrophic time, the service was very affordable and far less than what I expected.

We had a small, but impactful issue and needed a plumber fairly quickly. I contacted King Rooter right when they opened and was contacted by their scheduler right away with a two hour window for that afternoon. The scheduler called back to say that the plumber could show up even earlier than planned, which was fantastic. The manager even contacted us before the service to touch base and make sure that they had all of the necessary info. Kevrick was our on site plumber and he was courteous, efficient, and honest. He resolved our issue quickly and charged an extremely fair price. I would recommend King Rooter & Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

I really appreciate the excellent quality work in the installation of a new gas water heater and master water valve on my house. The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

Horrible experience with Dion. Please call someone else. They wont give you prices over the phone and then show up and way overcharge you. Quoted me at $600 hr. Do not call these scammers.

Charles installed a hot water heater in my parents new house. He was quick and professional. He did the job right and looks great. My parents are super pleased with his work.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!
