Overall, a great job by Done plumbing.We had to have our sewer line branch torn out and replaced due to a belly in our line. Done! was super responsive although a bit more money than another quote we had. The big selling point was that they offered me a lifetime warranty on the labor and materials!They were able to schedule us the next day, did a thorough job and cleaned up nicely.It's not something I'd want to go through again considering it was inside our home. Tony was great and the follow up scope showed the repair was doing what it was supposed to do.

During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

Omega drains is a great company that I would highly recommend. They are priced nicely and do thorough work. You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

Just real European and American antiques of the 17th-19th century . Here is where to find 17th century Italian chairs, that special early mirror, rare lighting, and fine early decorative accessories. A true breath of ancient air at a time when true, single owner-operated shops are becoming as rare as the items they sell. Allow some time to carefully hunt through the large quantity of treasures that are to be found in this rather crowded shop.

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. We bought our house just over a month ago, and during the inspection, some things came up that were not up to code. So the selling realtor set up an estimate with Elite Rooter. The quote came back at $500, and it was in our contract the original owner was not responsible for the repairs. After closing, we decided to have Elite Rooter to come out and do the repairs to bring things up to code. Gabriel showed up almost 2 hours late with another guy and they did a walk through. They then stated that the work was going to be over $3,000 and could not explain why it was no longer $500. We decided to go ahead because it needed the work to be done and they stated that they required a 50% deposit before they could start the work. Gabriel then stated that he had another job to go to and someone else would be here within a couple of hours. If he was scheduled for our job, why did he have to leave so soon. Almost 4 hours later, still no technician, so I called and cancelled the job, it was getting late and they could not guarantee that the job would be completed the same day, and that was the only time we could be home for the work. I was told they could not refund my card and would have to wait for a check in the mail. 2 weeks later, still no check, so I called, and they stated that the check was made out to the realtor instead of me, but they would fix it. Another week later, still no check, I called again and they stated that the check just now got signed and would be sent out. When I confirmed the name on the check, it was still the name of the realtor. There was no record of my name anywhere, even though I have called countless times. I finally spoke to a manager and she said she would resolve the issue and a check will be sent out today. We will see. If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this company at all

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
