I needed a new water heater installed and within thirty minutes Sean was at my residence replacing the prior heater! He had great customer service and worked efficiently.

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Unless you want to be overcharged...
Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

We are appreciative of Lisa who answered the phone Sunday unexpectedly and was able to schedule us within 48 hours. Benjamin completed the service and was kind, friendly, efficient and friendly. Will use in the future

The process of replacing the water heater in our church went smoothly. Many thanks to the Prime crew.

I called with a clogged kitchen sink. I had already used a 25’ snake. Wes told me he would not be able to get to it that day. He then went the extra mile and provided me the name, phone number and explained how to a discount with another service. After the other service unclogged the sink, I thanked West at which point he explained how I could use the hot water heater to further flush the pipe and likely extend the time between clogs. Wes spent time helping me even knowing he would not receive the job and compensation. Because of his recommendation of another vendor with a coupon I saved (I had a quote from another vendor that was over $100 more for a unclog and camera of a drain).

Muris fixed my whole bathroom in less than an hour! I'm so glad I called Better Plumber - everything is working great now!

Gotta say, impressed with the quality from these guys as a first time homeowner. I know I spent a bit of money but I look at everything done and see how it's all working so smoothly, no complaints. Not to mention it felt like I got the A-team, Billy as my plumber gave me all available options, looked at all the piping he did which was clean/well done, stayed late to get the job done the same day. Then had Curt (Russell...I can't help but add), thoroughly impressed with his skills not just as an electrician but also business demeanor, he really spent time explaining necessary things to me which I appreciated. Not to mention a few days later I'm watching the evening news, see a Plumbline commercial and there's Curt! Find myself yelling at my TV, It's my electrician!. If I'm paying good money, I want good quality work from good people and that's exactly what I got.

Charles did an excellent job installing the gas line for our new outdoor fire pit and grille in a very timely fashion and excellent service doing what he said he will do. I recommend him definitively!

We had an issue with a leak in our outdoor faucet which, of course, happened on this Labor Day weekend - but, he and his wife came and fixed the problem - promptly, courteously and were very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
