Sean came out about an hour or so after we called and resolved a stubborn plumbing issue for us. He was respectful and careful to be clean with his work. Great experience and I won't hesitate to use these guys going forward.

My dishwasher continued to backfill despite my having turned off the water valve. I needed a plumber, and contacted this company when I saw and read all of the 5-star reviews. Nicholas, the owner of this company, possesses superb customer service skills! He communicated with, and responded to, me in a timely and friendly manner, he arrived at my home when he said that he would, and he contacted me the next day after he finished his work at my home to ensure that everything was okay with the plumbing. Nicholas is very knowledgeable about his field of work, problem solves situations easily, and provides appropriate recommendations. He readily recognized the problems with not only the water valve, but also the drainage pipe, to my dishwasher. He explained the problems to me in an understandable manner, offered suggestions, and explained how his suggestions would solve the problems. Nicholas respected my home. He wore boot covers and ensured that his plumbing equipment did not scuff up my hardwood floors. Nicholas's pricing and estimates for work that needs to be done are reasonable. Having had Nicholas complete the plumbing work in my home to address my dishwasher backfill issues, I understand why he and his company have so many 5-star reviews! I am so pleased with Nicholas's excellent work and customer service skills that he is now my go-to plumber!

I want to mention that honesty is everything but Erick is beyond phenomenal he is fast, and provides affordable sewer service. Erick was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He has assisted me many times he has found and repaired a sewer leak, repaired a pipe, repaired my faucet and installed my toilet quickly and cost effectively. He let us know exactly what he finds and gives us good advice that will keep everything running smoothly. We plan on using his services again in the future, and will make sure to call Erick again when we do.

Wes is reliable, punctual, and very plumbing savvy. He knows his stuff and keeps us on top of everything he is doing or is going to do. We had a great experience with Spartan Plumbing from the beginning. When our water heater broke, it was still under warranty, but we didn’t know how to go about replacing it. Spartan was super helpful with the whole process. They were responsive, quick to come over for an estimate, wore masks and paper booties to protect the floor, gave us multiple options, and all interactions were professional, friendly, and efficient. The best company for bathroom remolds and plumbing work.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We had them out to our house on 2/5 and they cleaned out one line. Charge $384. We thought we were fine. We called them back on 2/13 as we still had back ups. A guy shows up attempts to do something and then left. He called someone else to do the work as he didn’t or couldn’t do the work. They sent out another person and he couldn’t do the work so he called another person. The more experienced person showed up they worked for 2 hours. The charge was an additional $699. They said we were fine all good. In working on the pipes they spilled a lot of water on our first floor bathroom. Two days later our wood floor heaved and the water destroyed the drywall in our lower level from the water they caused on the first floor.Their supervisor shows up. Then he and I talk on phone w another perso. He now said we have a leak from old pipes they rotored. Cost an additional $1300. I asked them are they responsible for any of the damage they have done. They said they would get back with me. Never heard another world. They left me w a heaved floor, drywall repair and where they rotored they never even put the pipe back together.Week later no word. No responsibility. And I had to hire another plumber to install the pipes they left undone.I would not even give them a one. Over $1100 and we got scammed.
