Best Kitchen Faucets in Denver CO

Updated: Review for Drain Terrier.
The customer service is good, but I was charged for issues that were not addressable. I had slow draining issue in showers, the professionals assessed and realised it was due to small pipes in the old house, floor slope issue etc - but I still got charged about $230+ for “unclogging” these two showers - which I feel was unfair. I did have real clogging issue in the kitchen sink and one other bathroom, which was efficiently addressed by their team. But I feel 900$ for unclogging 1 kitchen sink, and 3 shower drains are a little too pricey (2/3 showers did not even needed professional unclogging for the issue i had). So a little disappointed. After looking for a trustworthy company to repair our AC, I finally came across Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc. Their technicians were highly polite and answered my questions patiently. I am thankful for their efficient AC repair services and have advised everyone in my family to hire this company for all their needs.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Hired King to scope my home's sewer line after a home inspector recommended I have it scoped annually when I purchased it a year ago. The previous owner hired King to reline the sewer line before I purchased the home.

Al, the service provider, was super friendly and professional—I wish all people I hire could be the same way. He explained what we were looking at and helpfully recommended steps to take to avoid potential problems in the future.

The people who answer the phones to schedule visits, and who call when the technician is on their way, are also very friendly too.

Also, I live in Idaho Springs, and many of the plumbing companies I called wouldn't even come up here from Denver, or charged a hefty travel fee.

I backed into my faucet in my garage with my truck and broke off the knob thingie that turns it on and off…. I’m a disabled Veteran and can’t repair it myself so called these guys.

I set an appointment time that worked for me on their website and it was denied and changed to another time… Driver arrived on time and did call in advance.

When he looked at the situation it was $400 to start and can go up to $900 to cut a pipe and put the new faucet on….. what a 30 min job?

I needed help moving a gas line that was preventing us from sliding our new electric range into place. Charles got in touch right away, and continued to coordinate around my schedule despite some annoying requests from me to reschedule. Because of my frequent schedule changes, we ended up with a little confusion about the date to do the work. Nevertheless, Charles got out to the house quickly, knocked out the work in a tight crawl space, and along the way gave me some honest advice about my water heater that saved me money and time. Friendly is certainly a great adjective for this plumbing service and I’ll be using them again the next time I need help.

Jordan with Defense Plumbing was so easy to work with. We have tried other plumbing companies in the past but never again! Services are affordable and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of repairs or installs!

Highly recommend After Hours Plumbing! We had a leak in a bathroom on a Saturday & Arthur came out quickly and repaired it. Both he & Bruce were honest and communicated everything clearly. Will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

P.S. I sincerely believe that Mark.T would not of been satisfied at the least if this installation was done in his own home or his mothers.. And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.

I would recommend JD's Plumbing to anyone. I wasn't sure about what I wanted or needed. John took time and explained everything to me and told me all the options I have.
