I called very late in the afternoon (because of course plumbing emergencies never happen in the middle of the day) and Done had someone out to my home in less than 45 minutes. The technician was Jonah Bohn and he was great. He was respectful, careful, clean, and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris VanMeter arrived in the window and I was given a call to confirm. The guys explained the process, gave me an estimate to repair or replace, and got to work. Refused to discuss or look at new Heat Pump (Geothermal) unit. Low pressure switch is either bad or unit has a small refrigerant leak. I have pressure switch coming from manufacturer, it’s a $5 dollar part. Owner said he doesn’t work on homeowner provided units. I’m a general contractor and didn’t have a chance to even tell him this. He said he would be happy to replace entire unit... That’s funny ! Funny thing is I have (4) single family homes I’m building in 2021 and my HVAC contractor retired in the past year, I’m looking for a good company to do my work and be responsive. Homeowners beware! Never judge a book by it’s cover, Sir! Big mistake!!!

Bryan was very professional with service. He was to install a nest thermostat with a c wire adapter which I purchased. However, he was unable to install thermostat because he didn't feel he was able to do installation due to our system being built in 1997, and felt a more seasoned electrician would be able to do installation. I appreciate Bryan being upfront and honest and giving us the option to reschedule appointment with a veteran electrician who may be more familiar with our model furnace.

Awesome company

I called the owner who listened to my water heater problems and we decided a new heater was needed. He was able to send a plumber on Saturday to install it but when his plumber got here, he noticed another part which he suspected may be the culprit. He could’ve kept this from me and proceeded to install the new heater for 7x the cost of replacing these parts but had this guy had the integrity to shoot straight instead. When done there was a small leak which he had to make a trip to get special parts for, yet didn’t charge more for this extra hour of work on a Saturday. Very happy!
