Had our sewer back up into our basement. Luis cleared our line and performed a camera inspection. It was discovered our line was cracked with tree roots. Luis and his team replaced our sewer line without any problems. We were amazed how organized and professional they are. We have lived in our home for 25 years and have multiple sewer companies come to our home to clear out the sewer line when blocked. Drain and Sewer solutions have hands down beaten their competitors by far. Would recommend this team to anyone with drain or sewer problems in their homes. Can't say enough about this team. Thank you so much.

They came out the next day and put in a new valve and gas repair for the hook up of my new gas stove, home depot said they couldn't do it and they were awesome and knew what to do! Thank you again Drain Terriers

They cleared a clog in my main sewer line. Seemed ok for two weeks then the clog came back. I called and left a message about the issue. Didn’t get a return call. I called five other times, no answer. I finally called a different company who came out same day and cleared the line fully.

The guys at Tipping Hat are awesome to work with! Mike and Dario are great at what they do and the whole crew was honest and professional. We had two AC units and furnaces to replace over two days work. The install is super clean and I love my new AC in this summer heat! I would recommend anyone call Tipping hat and ask for Mike.

I had a plumbing issue: my backyard spigot rusted, and the water would not turn off. I called Hyper Flow, and Kyle scheduled work on my house for a two hour period later in the day, despite the fact that it was a Sunday and Mother’s Day! Manuel came out and offered an honest appraisal of the job, including a worst-case scenario. Turns out the job was less complicated, and the spigot was replaced no problem, with less cost than originally estimated. Honest, polite, respectful (wore a face mask), and kept me appraised of the work he was doing the whole time. I would use Hyper Flow again and I’m writing this review with my recommendation. Good job Manuel, and thank you Hyper Flow!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I want to share my recent experience. I am the sole caregiver for my 89 yr old Mother who lives with me under home hospice care. Yesterday morning the hot water in the tub/shower wouldn't shut off. As it was running a good amount, I had to shut the water off to the house. I called Christopher's & explained my situation. Within 20 mins of my call James was at my home & fixed the faucet. I am so very grateful to Bob & Dave for prioritizing my work and for having such understanding & compassion. May they be rewarded many times over.

Jon was great! Showed up on time and was respectful of the Covid guidelines. We discussed our plumbing issue and he gave us some great advice on how to proceed. We are just getting started resolving our plumbing issue and so far Jon has been the best part!

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
