Every person on the crew is very friendly! Price is reasonable as well. I will be honest, we had an offer for someone to fix the main water line for half the price they did it for, however there were also double the price quotes from other companies. Had a good feeling and so happy we went with them! Professional, prompt, and friendly! Replaced the main water line in a few hours, and were informed they'd come back and finish the sprinkler system the next day. Christian also went above and beyond looking and snaking our shower and repairing our rocky toilet! Will keep their number close for any future work we need done!

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Can't say enough good things. Eric came out in 7 degree weather to fix a pipe under my building. I even suggested he wait a day for the weather to get a little warmer but he came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them next time.

I had a toilet overflow issue early Monday morning. Around the Clog quickly sent over Mike to assess and solve the issue, which turned out to be roots. Mike quickly cleaned out the roots and then cleaned up the bathroom floor where he was working. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism Mike exhibited and how quickly this issue was resolved. I highly recommend Around the Clog.

Had a plugged drain in my kitchen sink. Called Tipping Hat I had never used them before but had received ads for them. It went very smooth, they came out when they said. The technician was very courteous and got to work. Had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes total time. Cleaned up everything. It was very good to see good service.

They came right away, were very professional. Unclogged the drain and I am very satisfied!

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because they were on time, friendly and professional..

I used them because I was having issues with my a/c not turning on..(which turned out to be a connection issue between the thermostat and the A/C) they stated that I needed a whole new thermostat and maintenance on the a/c.. the cost is what I'm not understanding.. the maintenance fee I don't mind since it was around 200.. but my problem was the thermostat cost.. it was nearly 900 dollars to replace it and to redo the connection. I don't understand why it is nearly that much because the thermostat brand that they were going to use was the exact same brand of the thermostat I had just bought.. the guy claimed that the one I had just bought is a dud.. I even looked up the cost for the exact thermostat that they were going to use and it was only like a couple hundred but the rest of the cost in not sure I understand.

It's interesting because I ended up going to someone else that my family knows and does a/c and furnace stuff and he fixed Noth the thermostat I had and redid the wiring for less then 200.. and he said that my thermostat was just fine and nothing was wrong with it.. so I actually feel like i was ripped off.. im actually glad I did use this company to replace the thermostat I had just bought etc.. plus the guy that came by pushed the membership more then anything else and seemed to only care about that.. there's no sense to me to use it when I'm just wasting my money on a membership when they won't be over often. It seemed like the guy didn't know what he was talking about. Everyone that I've talked to who has had to use a/c company for a thermostat issue have all said the same thing that they've never paid almost 900 dollars for that kind of an issue..

I called & Alex showed up the same day & gave me a quote. Said someone from his crew would be available later that day. Issaed showed up & fixed my leaky master toilet. All done in less than 2 hours and I am very pleased.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.

Finding a plumber who will be straight forward about pricing with you is so hard to find. IPC was different from the rest and quoted me a good rate before they came. Other plumbers will come and either quote a ridiculous amount or charge for the visit itself. IPC was friendly and on time. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues I have.
