This was the third time we have had Tipping Hat Heat out to our house. The first time they installed two furnaces for us the second time they installed gas lines all around the house for fire pits and barbecue grills. The third time they did extensive electrical work for us we're heating a couple bathrooms that we remodeled. As usual these guys are top notch! They show up on time they do a great job and clean up on the way out!! Very professional work each and every time!! They also come out quickly. We have called other people that are months backed up. But Tipping has the staff to come out when needed! We need to coordinate an electrician with the tile layers in the bathrooms. They came right out and got it ready while the tile guys were here. Awesome company!!!

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

Tyler came out to fix an electrical breaker issue. Since half of our tandem breaker went out, he gave us the option of replacing the breaker or simply moving it to the bottom half. Saved us money by just moving it. Highly recommend Tyler for your electrical needs.

Marcus and his team are the very best. They go out of their way to help with emergency problems which we recently had with a hot water heater. They came out almost immediately and replaced the hot water heater. They are always professional, careful and through. I highly recommend Befort!

These guys came out and handled my furnace repair (an old boiler furnace that are hard to find furnace maintenance experts for), and it was just in time for the cold weather and snow that we received recently. Paige in their front office is very friendly, scheduling was a breeze for same day HVAC service, and the problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. We plan on calling them again in the spring when it comes time for our air conditioner tune-up. Thank you for a great experience.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

Golden West is now my go-to for plumbing and electrical work. They call back promptly, schedule ASAP and do great work. Their workmen are professional & competent- diagnose the problem, give the range of options and prices (no pressure), get the job done with as little disruption as possible and clean up afterwards. Bonus: they are VERY nice.
