Our basement drain has been leaking for a while now and I finally decided to call to get it fixed. Luis came out the same day and had his crew here to replace the pipe in a few hours. His workers put plastic everywhere and the job was done before dinner time!

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

Yesterday around lunch time, we had our main line shut off valve completely blow and was spewing water everywhere. We were able to get it to stop spewing water, but water to our house was completely off. Not ideal for a family of five with little kids that need to use the potty :). I had exhausted all emergency plumbers on google and was about to just accept that we would be waterless for the day. By chance, I noticed there was one I had not called, Drain Terriers. I threw the hail mary and they came to the rescue! A few of my favorite things: same day service within a few hours, text follow up notifications, courteous, professional, reasonably priced, AND family-owned. Will be my go-to for plumbing needs in the future. The replacement on the main line valve was quality and they were able to replace an outside spigot that had burst in the same trip.

We called Around the Clog on a Friday afternoon as we noticed water coming through a light in our ceiling. In this time of rampant poor customer service and price gouging, we were THRILLED to connect with Sasha from Cap Hill Plumbing. He is very responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy! During his free estimating process he gave us all the time we needed to discuss and explore options around a hot water heater and water filtration system. Once products and plans were decided he was prompt, thorough, clean and did a great job. When we had him out again to address another issue we thought was related to his original work, but turns out wasn’t, he worked for 2 hours to address some jumping pipe issues, even running to get additional supplies, and wasn’t going to charge us – he just wanted us to be happy (we paid him for his time of course!). I HIGHLY recommend Sasha – you won’t be disappointed!

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Though I personally did not use Spartan, I was called to fix a problem that Spartan created. Spartan replaced leaky shark bite fitting on copper pipe going to irrigation system at residential home. They reamed the copper pipe and let the copper debris fall down into the piping going to the irrigation zone valves. Very careless, and preventable. I reached out to Spartan via email, and they have been unresponsive. Surprised being they have a perfect 5 star rating. One would expect they want to make right a mistake they made and caused their customer further damage and repair costs. The damage occurred same day after Spartan repaired copper pipe. It took a day for the home owner to notice the problem which he had no idea was caused by Spartan till we took the valve apart and found the evidence, and have pictures of same.

This company is a straight shooter. Won’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Super respectful as well. Will be returning for any future needs
