Our technician was Roscoe T. and he did a great job, he explained everything and gave us options. He was nice and professional. It was a little pricey but we have 1 year warranty with them and the new faucet he installed has life time guarantee.

We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

He even took the time to help me understand the repair and how I might resolve a similar issue in the future, as I was interested. Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

I had Golden West come out to get our swamp cooler ready for summer. Carlos was wonderful, really friendly and professional. He even told us about a potential weak area in our roof that we would never have known about. I will definitely be using them again for swamp cooler and if we need furnace or plumbing work done. All my interactions with the folks at Plumbline today were excellent. The office was able to fit me in today and sent Dominique out to unclog the drains. He was efficient, clean, and made sure all the clogs were taken care of, I highly recommend Plumbline and Domenique! These guys were awesome!

Truck cut me off in the Fraser Murdoch’s parking lot. Tried calling company they didn’t respond to issue. I’d recommend not driving hazardously when company name and number are in the side
