Best General Repairs in Denver CO

They were quick to arrive and get to work, however stronger factors sway this review down. Their tech charged 225$ for the repair, which is 20% more than what they charged two years ago. While I don't mind paying for convenience I also don't like paying increased costs that significantly outpace inflation. The work literally took 5 minutes and I was reminded of that by the tech who seemed to personally take joy in charging so much for such a quick and easy job.Here's the real kicker though...Once the work was completed the tech recommended a new unit install for $675, which is absurd. I called my GC (he builds high end homes & medical offices so he's usually kind of expensive) his price was $100 for install and I pick the unit...the highest rated ones cost about $120. That's 1/3rd the cost! Not to mention I had just paid $225 for work to be completed.It's clear they're taking advantage of their biggest strength-quick response time. Everything else felt like it was being led by a bloody pirate with the aim of pillaging people who don't know who else to ask.

You can't see anything to purchase it, what's the point, we went there 3 times they said they were open and two times they had a note on the door saying they were ding something else that day

The repair person that came to my home, was very efficient and thorough in their job and helped us understand all the things they was doing and repairing. We would totally use this repair person again.

After a small schedule ing hiccup, which the receptionist was excellent at resolving, dalton came and repaired my Minisplit. He was attentive, communicated great and answered all of our questions. He was respectful of us and the space and even wiped all the finger prints off the unit when finished. The trip fee covered the cost for his time. I will use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them!

Golden West was simply great. Our indirect water heater was leaking badly and they scheduled me for the next day but ended up making it out there day of, replacing the water heater and multiple other outdated pumps and incorrectly installed pieces. Andy Explained each part of the estimate and stayed past 5:45 to finish the job and walk me through each of the components and how to work the valves and temperature settings on the indirect water heater. He wasn’t rushing to get out of the house.Trustworthy, prompt, stuck to their estimate, and super friendly! Don’t know what else you could ask for. Thanks Andy and Golden West!

Doctor Fix-It came out to fix the electrical in my guest room in my basement. Setting up the appointment was super easy. They called to let me know when Justin would be on his way. When Justin arrived he was totally professional and friendly. He was able to fix my problem in no time! On his way out, he asked if I had anything else to fix. I mentioned a light in the kitchen that wasn't working. Fixed that too!Great customer service. Quality work!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
