Brian helped us when we got a clog in our shop. He is super friendly, arrived in the window of time he was booked, gave a thorough explanation of issues, options for portions we could do to work on with our budget, provided preventative solutions for future issues and was very honest. His customer service is the reason I would work with Done Plumbing again.

I am so sad. Two years ago Plumbline installed a new heater for me. Everything went great they responded promptly and delivered on all of their commitments. Heater has worked flawlessly since. I decided to use them again for my AC when it quit working. I scheduled an appointment, they were a week out. Understood it’s busy time of year. Unfortunately they didn’t show up for the appointment, or call, no communication from them at all. Tuesday morning after they missed the Monday appointment I had a chat session with one of their reps on their website. She told me she would have Plumline call me. By noon no call, so I call and spoke to a representative on the phone. She said she would have dispatch call me and try to get us fit in same day. Still no response two days later. I guess they are too busy now for my business. Hate to see a good reputable company go downhill like this. I found another company that was great and took care of my issue. Sorry Plumbline you’ve lost a customer.

I had hammering in old pipes, Efran was very prompt and friendly. Worked to solve the problem and was reasonably priced. Efran is a second generation master plumber and I highly recommend him and Drain Pro Plumbing.

We had the pleasure of meeting Bill, who did a fantastic job of replacing (and relocating) our water heater as well as replacing our main water shutoff. He was absolutely professional and friendly throughout the entire experience. He was also very knowledgeable about building codes and best practices. I've very happy to have met him, and will request him for all of our future service calls. He did an amazing job of representing the company while looking out for our best interest as a customer. At the end of the day, I'm very happy to have hired Blue Sky for our plumbing needs, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Anthony, Daniel, Carlos and Kyle were great. When Anthony originally came out to give me a quote on replacing my furnace and AC, he was polite and truly listened to what I needed. During installation, all of the gentlemen were thoughtful and considerate. When finished, everything was cleaned up and the new furnace works great! I will definitely recommend Golden West to friends and family!

These guys did a great job! I have never seen a plumbing job site left so clean. The driveway had to be torn up to replace the main line and it looked better after the dig than before. Thank you!!

I had this company out to auger a line that wasn't draining correctly early February. I asked for an estimate via Yelp and their reply was

He spent about 30min to auger the line and the charged a couple hundred dollars more than that estimate. FYI the estimate is actually their service charge to drive to the job. I was going to move on and not leave a review because everyone expects to get shafted by plumbers so that was par for the course.

Until today. The basement flooded because the line augered by Colorado Plumbing Solutions was clogged. This was revealed when I had a different plumber come out today who augered the exact same line and pulled piles of tree roots out of it and did a thorough job for substantially less money than Colorado Plumbing Solutions.

Ironically I got an email today from Colorado Plumbing Solutions saying Your welcome I replied to their very considerate emailing letting them know that I had to hire a different plumber to auger the same line and that my basement had flooded due to the line being clogged. Colorado Plumbing Solutions response? They're shouldn't be tree roots in the line that's an indication that it is broken

Like thousands of plumbers don't auger sewer lines every day across the country clearing tree roots to remove clogs. What a joke.

Attached is a photo of what came out of the line today. It's impressive how many roots grew into the line during less than two months during winter . . . or Colorado Plumbing Solutions didn't do a complete job and managed to miss them.

Mike did a great job fixing our drain. He is very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed quickly.

I'm a single mom. My furnace went out on a cold night, sub zero temps outside. The initial consultation was shocking because of the fact I had to replace the furnace, but my son-in-law who is also in HVAC, was here and assured me that what I was being told was true and that the prices were very competitively low. With that information, I felt more at ease to be able to move forward with the decision to work with the company. On the day of the installation, the guys came over and we're extremely professional and respectful of my home. They explain things to me step by step in regards to programming and maintaining the system. They were very reassuring and that the company is there for you 24/7. I felt very at ease after the whole thing was said and done, and the house is nice and warm and cozy again. I highly recommend this company.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
