I had a plumbing pipe repair done by them. Their team is super skilled and friendly.

They came out and did an offered $49 AC Tune-Up. The technician was very nice, explained all he was doing, and answered my questions. I was just disappointed because I assumed the Tune-Up would include anything (other than a major repair) to get it up and running good for the season. He was basically only able to check things and then tell me I needed to get it cleaned. I wish the company would have been more transparent about what the Tune-Up included before I booked it.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

Jake was awesome, did a great job explaining what happened and explained how & why I need to change the air filter.

Bruce answered my call at 10:30 PM and he had Arthur at my house the next day at 10 am. Arthur is a miracle worker! He was able to successfully unclog the large amounts of rice that I poured down my kitchen sink by accessing the line on the roof with a snake. He was also extremely personable and he provided useful info about how the pipes in my renovated kitchen are situated.

Aaark Total Home Services was called for no heat. The 15 year old furnace would have needed $1200 in repairs with no guarantees as to what may break next or when. The furnace was replaced, the 15 year old water heater was replaced preemptively and a new humidifier was put on the unit. A big project that Aaark Total Home Services managed expertly. They had five trucks to the house to get everything done in a day. They took excellent care of the house with runners and clean shoes/boots, and care to not hit anything when hauling old and new equipment. I would highly recommend Aaark for all your home care needs. EXCELLENT SERVICE ON EVERY LEVEL!!!!! Andy came in and quickly diagnosed our furnace problems. Unfortunately, the list of problems was substantial and Andy provided the best options to move forward. We opted to replace the furnace altogether. Andy and Fabian installed the new unit and made several adjustments to make up for several bad decisions made by previous owners. Both Andy and Fabian were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They were incredibly efficient, and knowledgable. We also appreciated how careful and compliant they were regarding COVID-19 safety guidelines. My family is very happy with the service and end results! We will be calling Golden West for maintenance and any future heating, plumbing, and air conditioning needs. I would definitely recommend Golden West to family and friends, and would like to thank Andy and Fabian for doing such a remarkable job getting my family's home safer and warmer, in such a short amount of time!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
