This is the 2nd time I have used Water Heater Experts Plumbing. I once had them install a new water heater approximately a year ago. I found that service to be a great value.

I now had a toilet leak at the base of the toilet that meets the flooring. The cost was approximately $270, which seemed high since I think I paid about $1300 for a water heater install.

Alex the owner came out and he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I no longer have a toilet leak! I will continue to use this company as they are fair with pricing, honest, and do a great job.

Had a ball valve failure on my sprinkler pipe and an old water softner that was never used. Pipes were somewhat of a cluster and Matt cleaned it all up! Matt did an excellent job...very happy with the result!

Came in and did the work while we were out of town and did a great job. Charged about 1/3 of what other plumbers quoted. We will 100% for sure work with him in the future.

I'm a residential customer. I lost a clorox wand head down my toilet, it stopped up the toilet. I tried all the things I could as an inexperienced non-plumber. I called Befort and they sent Chris out. He was very knowledgeable with a can-do attitude. While he had a longer snake, it still did not fix the problem. The conclusion was the toilet itself was broken. I obtained a replacement and rescheduled Chris to install. After install, toilet flush did not improve. After several flushes that darn wand head finally broke free. The jet on the original toilet was not pushing very forcefully. All in all, I'm pleased with Befort and still mad at myself for losing that thing down the toilet in the first place.

They sent a knowledgeable plumber who completed the water heater installation. They did it in a timely fashion and offered some maintenance tips . We recommend this company to everyone.

The plumber who showed up today was very professional. He switched out a leaky faucet, fixed a running toilet, and gave us a quote for a (serious) drainage problem outside of our house. He was focused and professional throughout. We highly recommend Denver Plumbing.

Great communication, prompt response

Did not tell me they charge by the job! I should have asked. Had a Honeywell thermostat replace. Took minimal time and charged me $530. Never again.

Nick came before other plumbers i contacted. He was communicative and did not take long to know what the problem is, However, he tried to sell me a power vent water heater that I don't currently have or need. I have a direct vent water heater and that is what it is. I do not need a power vent water heater that costs 4 times more. Even if I do, I will not use Benjamin Franklin because you are not competitive. Home depot can do it for $2k and you want $2500 labor and material. Other plumber will do it for $650 labor only and you can buy the unit for another $700 from home depot. Why you need to do dishonest? Is this the way to keep your business?

Atanas came out to my home to replace my water heater. He was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, quick and responsive and very informative about the product installed
