Leroy was very professional and patient. Had a leak in my condo ceiling and he was able to determine that the leak was coming from the upstairs unit. He spent a good 30-45 minutes explaining the issue to the tenant upstairs. He went above and beyond to explain the issue. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism.

My hot water didn’t seem to be as hot as normal. I called Todd’s Water Heater Repair and they came out the following day. He looked it over and then he throughly explained to me what the problem was. And not just the price difference of replacing the water heater VS fixing the problem. I decided to fix the water heater. He fixed it the same day AND cleaned up his mess. Robert was to my house in less than 30 minutes to fix my garbage disposal that quit running and the water was draining very slowly. He diagnosed that a piece of plastic got inside the disposal which stopped it from running. He picked out the plastic pieces, re-set the disposal, and now it's running and there was no stopped up drain. Yippee! Thank you Robert for a quick diagnosis and I am SO glad I didn't have to replace my garbage disposal that was only two years old! Robert was courteous, efficient, and did not push extra plumbing work on me unlike what other plumbers for another company have done to me in the past, so they can get a commission on the extra work.

These guys did an amazing job. They fixed an issue that another plumber left us to deal with and were very gracious and responsive. Highly recommend.

Nice and fast

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
