Ever since our main cast-iron sewer line gave out in 2019, we have had a *lot* of work done through Done! Plumbing. They have always been clear and professional in assessing and solving each situation. The quality and workmanship has been top-notch for everything they’ve done, including: sewer line repair & pipe bursting / replacement, to HVAC & water heater installation, to pipe and valve repairs, and re-installation of sinks & toilets.This time we needed a toilet re-seated to ready for final inspections after this 3-year long repair process started in 2019, and postponed in 2020-2021 due to the pandemic. Darrell was great and helped explain to us a couple situations caused by tile.& drywallers that changed the toilet rough-in measurements. We ordered a new 10-inch rough-in porcelain seat & tank, and he was able to come back again this time to install it so it fit into the newly renovated space. He also pointed out some things to watch out for such as needing grout sealing & caulking in certain areas. We have had Darrell out multiple times for various parts of this project, and he has always been exceptionally spectacular!

We are thankful to have come across Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc. Their efficient services helped us stop the leak in our kitchen in our bathroom in no time. We will recommend this company to everyone.

No problem with the tech that showed up to give an estimate on a sewerline replacement. The problem is the company itself and the SOP they use. I informed the company I have already had the line scoped and have video .The rep that set the appointment said that the tech would look at it once they were on site,when the tech was on site he didn't want to see the video and insisted to do his own scope at a charge of $139. I didn't want to pay for a scope again since I already knew what the problem was. The company missed out on thousands for a scope ? Makes no sense, by the way when I got home the tech was on the roof with a scope already down the stack and he knew the issue. Save your time and look for another plumbing company.

Had a leak Paul came out fixed it in no time. Fair prices quality professional work. A++ definitely recommend.

Blue Sky Plumbing and Heating just finished replacing an old heater and air conditioner. While their estimate was the highest of the four I got, I feel that their knowledge of the products, their long service history in the Denver area, and their professionalism were well worth the extra. The tradesmen were extremely courteous and hard working. They thoughtfully worked out the space issues and explained the new system features, assuring me that they are available to help at any time there might be a problem. I would call them again and would highly recommend them if asked.

Josh was extremely professional - did a great job diagnosing our issue (sewer) and clearing out the main and secondary line. He also arranged for a tech to come out and scope our sewer line to determine what other issues might exist. Very satisfied with this service!

I have used JD's twice now for plumbing and HVAC issues, they are always on time and professional, they go out of their way to diagnose what could be causing the issue. When I ask them to explain the issue, they are patient and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed with them, and they have fixed our problems successfully and professionally. The receptionist is also kind and helpful with scheduling. Good experience up all around.

This is an overdue review but so happy with the work and service the guys at AAARK provided for us. Me and my husband were looking to convert a basement closet space to a second bathroom and after months of searching, knew we ended up with the right guys after meeting them. They dug up concrete, installed an ejector pit and got all the water lines running for the second bathroom. I also sprung for the warranty and maintenance check and there were a few things along the way they would point out and make other recommendations for which was helpful. Overall, super happy!

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.
