We needed an outdoor faucet repaired and a new toilet installation. Our tech., Roscoe, was very patient and helped us with the above work. We will request him whenever we need work done. Pricing was fair and work was done as if it was his own home.

After my wife and I decided to redo the plumbing system in our bathroom, we contacted Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc. Their hardworking and accomplished team did a phenomenal job within our limited budget. We advise everyone to hire them.

Late night emergency with water leaking from shower upstairs to bathroom downstairs. Thomas was responsive and came within an hour or two. Quickly identified the issue and had the repairs done in no time. Price was fair and he was upfront about expenses from the start. First time using TCF but we will be using him again for future plumbing needs.

Zach and Seth did a professional and excellent job tuning and flushing our water heater with terrific advice as well.

Paul was fantastic. Even though we scheduled a two hour window, he showed up exactly on time. Once here he did a complete walkthrough and estimate of this issues we were having. He was very honest about a drip in my sink and didn’t try to bill me for something unnecessary. My 35 year-old furnace gave up the ghost and Blue Sky gave me an honest estimate on a new one, and 5 days later installed the replacement in just one day. That included a new thermostat, adding two CO monitors, and bringing everything up to current code compliance. The installation crew was topnotch, and their electrician (Jim) even added an outlet in the furnace room. The new heater is half the size of the old one and it runs quietly too! I'm very satisfied - these guys are great!

Water heater replacement. Tech spent close to 5 hrs to replace tank and replace other connected pieces. He did a great job.

I want to give a shout out to the good people at JD's. Two years ago Tony installed a new high efficiency hot water heater in my home after the old one failed. They resolved the issue on the same day I called, which was a blessing.

Fast forward to today, when it appeared there was a leak coming from the heater. I called JD's and was disappointed to learn that they were short-handed and would be unable to come out for several days. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I ended the call in a huff and made arrangements with another company that was able to come out on short notice. While waiting for that company, Taylor at JD's called back to say she was able to schedule Tony to come to my home late today. Because I had already scheduled another company, I declined her generous offer and thanked her for the extra effort on my behalf. This would have been plenty to satisfy me that they were doing their best for a good customer.

So it was extra impressive when Tony then called and asked if we could FaceTime the problem so he could diagnose it for me. We did, and it was determined that the problem was not with the water heater, but with the furnace condensate pump located next to it. Tony spent extra time on the phone with me to explain the problem and potential solutions, even though another company had been called and the problem was not covered by the warranty with JD's since it wasn't caused by the water heater. I'm so impressed with the extra effort these folks took on my behalf. Hat's off, JD's!

Have had them install A/C, new furnace, new hot water system, and remove old solar unit. They are very professional, arrive on time, work well, and do what they say they will, and are very helpful when something unexpected arises. Their prices are fair and I recommend them highly.
