I've learned the hard way that vintage plumbing fixtures...well, you never know what you might run into, from parts that have been retrofit to parts that don't quite fit or are no longer made. Paul and his son identified, diagnosed, and repaired a couple of vintage clawfoot bathtubs in my 1890s home, and they did it all in the same trip. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly -- great experience.

Douglas (Detlef) was at my home this morning to do maintenance on my main sewer line. He did everything right. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable about my sewer line condition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND- Andy was fantastic! Andy came out to assist with a boiler inspection that was installed incorrectly. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, beyond helpful and an expert in his field. It is extremely difficult to find good resources and specialists to ensure contracted work is completed properly, but Andy’s expert opinion reassured me that we would find a resolution. I am extremely thankful to have found Golden West and will certainly be using them in the future. He spent a significant amount of time explaining the breakdowns in the system, demonstrating proper installation, estimates for work required, etc.

We had a clog that caused a backup, but not very serious. Called Plumbline and they came the next day and fixed the problem. Cameron was very knowledgeable and a very good representative for the company. Very good price.
