Where to start ! My experience with Tipping Hat was absolutely AMAZING! From the time I placed my first call to schedule and estimate on a new HVAC system until the total job was completed in just 3 days from the time they started. My time with Michael during the estimate was so thorough. He took the time to explain each step and advising what we needed and why we needed it. He was so professional and friendly. Then came the day when the crew arrived! They were on time and so amazingly friendly, polite and courteous. I know I will forget some of them but Floyd and his team was flawless. Kyle, James, Elijah, Matt, Noah, Jay, Austin, Dan, Jamie, Jordan, Juan, Steven, Corey and of course Ginger!! This team was so organized and worked together like a fine tuned machine. My dogs, Bella and Tucker even enjoyed having them around! This team installed a new HVAC system, duct work, new hot water heater, new sump pump all complete in a 3 day window. Brian was detailed and extremely knowledgeable in the problem-solving issue with my swamp cooler. I had two different techs and an electrician come out with no answers. Brian isolated the problem when the others could not. Come to find out it was a ground wire along with a pulley adjustment problem. Brian saved the day and went above and beyond. Thankyou.

I have used Horizon before we got our Ac unit installed by them a couple years ago. I absolutely love this company, the techs and the very sweet ladies in the office are amazing. Our heater stopped working overnight and woke up to an icebox of a house with small children. They were able fit me in same day for maintenance. We had been told by a previous company that we had to replace the whole unit. Brad with Horizon was able to replace a piece and do maintenance that fixed the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with my 3 month old puppy who kept getting in his way. We plan on replacing the unit eventually but its good to know that our family won't have to suffer the cold winter. We will probably using Horizon again.

So incredibly pleased by my experience with JD's Plumbing Service! My master shower hasn't had any hot water for several weeks now. I travel every week for work, so this has been a backburner/non-emergency service needed that I've been dreading. Finally, I had a few days at home, and called JD's at 8:30AM on a Monday. The owner, John- incredibly friendly and personable, answered and said they could have someone to my house between 11AM-2PM, and that they would call ahead within 30 minutes of arrival. A woman called me back at 11:30AM and let me know that Matt would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Matt and the owner John arrived at 12:10PM, right at the 40 minute mark. They were both incredibly kind, respectful and thorough in explaining to me (a single woman) what was wrong with my shower. Never did I feel gauged or taken advantage of. They told me the cost upfront- before starting their work- and explained what they would have to do to fix it. They went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a floppy sink faucet at no cost.
