Pete was a very nice gentleman and he came in and fixed my plumbing issues.

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Thomas was awesome. This was his second time out in a week and he was early (asked if ok first), professional, wearing protective gear on his shoes/face, and super easy to work with. I get the feeling he saved us some $$ where other companies may have seen an opportunity to price gouge. Will definitely be calling again with any further issues! Our new go to guy/company.

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door. Always professional, arrive on time or early, and available for emergencies. I would always highly recommend Horizon!

King Rooter replaced our 55 year+ clay sewer lines (cracked pipes, roots in line, bellied pipe under sidewalk, etc) by digging up the road/sidewalk and replacing the sewer pipe from our property to the mains (25 feet), installing clear outs, cleaning out our existing pipe with high-powered spray wash, and lining the pipes from the inside of our property to the connection with a Nu Flow liner (~30 feet). They were always here on time, respectful of us and our property, had a sufficient team onsite to get everything done, and really provided a comprehensive and super high-quality job. Alfonso lead the team and always kept me connected with what was going on, letting me watch the many scoping videos of the line and take pictures of the work. He was very conscious of our landscaping and cause zero damage to our trees and plants. Alfonso handled the subcontractors who dug up the road/sidewalk (and did a fantastic job) and the whole King Rooter team without a hitch. This was not an inexpensive job but we clearly got the gold standard of work. Now we don't have to think about our aging clay sewer lines anymore!

The technicians that we had come out to unclog our shower drain (Luis and his trainee that I can’t remember his name unfortunately) we’re absolutely great!! They were able to clear out the clog quickly and completely and were super communicative and informative as they were doing it. We would definitely use Plumbline Services for anything plumbing related in the future!
