After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Hyper flow sent Jeremy out quickly after a clogged drain resulted in water spilling out onto the floor after doing a load of laundry. Jeremy was on time, professional, and quickly determined the source of the problem and got it fixed. Have done several loads of laundry since he left with no issue. I used to use the other company in town but they don't stand a chance against this King Rooter & Plumbing. I was having a lot of issues with my sewer pipe and the team at King Rooter was able to handle my issues in the same day. The best part was that it only cost me half of what the other company quoted me for the same job. I will be using King Rooter for all future work.

we noticed the sewer backup in the basement at 2000 hrs. at 2200 hrs it was fixed. the technician came within an hour of calling, recognized the issue and fixed it. bonus stars for doing all that without waking up our daughter.

Was very pleased. Had them come out to run a camera down the drain since the other company we had out didn't have the ability to. Glad that we found IPC. Upfront about price and told us he would just snake first instead of wasting our time and money if a camera wasn't needed. Snake worked and drains are running great. What a relief. Also came out on a Sunday without an extra weekend charge. Will call if ever future needs.
