I called at midnight because our water heater was pouring out water. Bo spent 45 minutes on the phone directing me through the process to safely shut off the unit until the morning when he called for us to find out if our water heater was under warranty. Luckily it was!! They were able to go to Boulder to pick up the last available unit and install it before 1 pm that day. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use there service again!

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. We had a leaky dishwasher and Hyper Flow found time to squeeze us in faster than we had expected. Carlos was a great repairman, but it was a bonus that he was on time, communicative, and even good with my dog.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

You can't see anything to purchase it, what's the point, we went there 3 times they said they were open and two times they had a note on the door saying they were ding something else that day

Refused to discuss or look at new Heat Pump (Geothermal) unit. Low pressure switch is either bad or unit has a small refrigerant leak. I have pressure switch coming from manufacturer, it’s a $5 dollar part. Owner said he doesn’t work on homeowner provided units. I’m a general contractor and didn’t have a chance to even tell him this. He said he would be happy to replace entire unit... That’s funny ! Funny thing is I have (4) single family homes I’m building in 2021 and my HVAC contractor retired in the past year, I’m looking for a good company to do my work and be responsive. Homeowners beware! Never judge a book by it’s cover, Sir! Big mistake!!!

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

Honest, helpful plumber. Ilya is great, he is responsive, and an excellent guy. I have used him personally as well as have sent him to many clients.

They were quick, reliable (said they'd be there at 2:00 and got there at 1:55), friendly, professional and prepared. As a Realtor, I'm definitely keeping their contact information in my back pocket and will recommend them to my clients.

Water Line Repair is easy with King Rooter & Plumbing. They have a great technician team. If you have any problem with water lines, then call them. They are the best line repair in the area.

They showed up as scheduled. The plumber was actually really nice and professional and explained everything in detail. Unfortunately he caused a leak and water to soak through our ceiling. He was very apologetic. We were told that someone would contact us immediately and send someone to repair it since it's our only shower. Did not receive a call as promised. We called couple times and was finally able to reach an operator. Was told someone was coming out between 7and 11pm. Noone came. We are left high and dry without a working shower. Pretty horrible service

Our toilet backed up, and we needed a plumber to unclog it. We called IPC at about 2:00 on a Thursday afternoon, and they showed up at 3:30 and had the clog cleared in about 10 minutes. Great service!
