The company is very responsive and when they come, they come to fix the problem and to do any necessary testing and evaluating to make sure their repairs are completed thoroughly and correctly. I’ll happily give my recommendation to others.

These folks were great. They got me scheduled very quickly, within a day, whereas other companies were saying it would take 2 weeks to come out. The tech was on time & very professional and easy to talk to. He performed diagnostic tests on my furnace blower and AC unit and identified the issues. I chose to do the repair work myself to save on cost, but the tech took the time to answer all my questions and give me tips on how to do the job. He was very informative and very helpful. This company was easy to work with, straight forward, and helpful.

We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

Our water heater was leaking and needed immediate attention. We called King Rooter and they were able to come out the same day. The water heater was 10 years old and needed to be replaced. King Rooter & Plumbing installed a new Bradford White water heater, brought it up to code, and passed inspection. We are extremely pleased with their service and quality, and will refer them to our friends.

O'connor Plumbing has always taken care of our plumbing needs. Our most resent repair was a main water supply leak. Found & repaired in one day! Great job, as usual! Thanks for the fast, friendly service!

I had originally written a long narrative review about Zack Long and Family Plumbing Services LLC. I thought it would be helpful to include all the details about my plumbing project (replacing a 10+ year old kitchen faucet that turned out to be a beast to remove + supply line leaks) and Zack’s plumbing expertise. I was wrong -- so many details that the message gets lost in translation. Here’s all you need to know: Zack Long is an extraordinary plumbing professional. He holds a Master Plumber license (the highest level achievable) and it shows. He is 101% reliable, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and skilled. His business ethics are rarely found today -- he cares about what the quality of his work and complete customer satisfaction. Aside from all that, Zack is polite and personable, and really listens to questions and concerns, plus he’s a really, really nice guy. Not if, but when, I need more plumbing help, Zack is now my “go-to” guy. Don’t hesitate to give Zack a call for your plumbing needs, big or small.

We’ve used Blue Sky a few times, and will continue to do so. They’re more expensive, but for us the peace of mind is worth it. They’ve always been very responsive, and the techs are great. Peyton and Marty and the 3rd guy (sorry, forgot) were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We will continue to call Blue Sky first for our plumbing and electrical needs.

Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Monica at the office was great with communicating and helping us quickly set up an appointment. Andy gave us many different options during the service call on how we could go about fixing our furnace and AC. He answered all of our questions and never once tried to push us into a decision. He gave us his honest opinion. We decided to get a new furnace and AC unit. Andy, Brendan and Kyle came for the install and were wonderful. They were so professional, knowledgeable and very nice. They worked hard and answered all my questions. We will for sure use Golden West in the future and recommend them to everyone. Thank you!!!

We were assigned this company through our Home Warranty Insurance for a simple matter of a clogged drain. I was assigned a time window of 11-3, which is not a problem. I understand that is the way of the world. Received a call at 1:15 stating the tech was on the way and should be at my home in an hour. All good. 2:45 rolls along and I did not receive an update regarding a time. I finally had to call the company, leave a message, before I got a response at 3:15 stating the tech was on his way. When he arrived, he blamed Google maps and asked if people had difficulty finding the house because it was not showing up. I have lived here for almost 9 year, I have given this address to delivery drives, Ubers, etc, and not one of them had any issues locating my address. When the tech arrived, sans face mask, he went downstairs to the problem area. Long story short, he did not come prepared with the tools to do the job, told me he would be back the following day at 10 (I am writing this review at 11:45) to finish the job. To make matters even worse....he did not seal the main plug he opened so when I took a shower, water spilled all over my basement. So basically, I had to finish the incomplete job he did sealing my valve. Also to add insult to injury...he made the flooding issue worse. I am an advocate for small family owned businesses, but I will never use or recommend this company. I don't know if it was an attitude of Ohhh...it's just warranty work and we are not getting a full fee or if it is something more. I have called the warranty company with my review as well and made clear they are never to send this company to my house for any follow up work and send a different service provider.
