It was a gas leak but I think I was overcharged for him to put some plumbing tape On two fittings that took him less than an hour to do And charge me 375😟😟

We have used Horizon for at least 4 maintenance/repair visit over the last 3-4 years. Both furnace and AC.
In late February, our VERY old furnace went out (the night before a foot + of snow feel on Denver).

#1: They were at our door within an hour of our call.
We weren't surprise to learn that it was time to say goodbye to our 19 year old furnace.
#2: They had their quote specialist at our door with in 30 minutes of making the decision to replace and she offered space heaters for us for the night.
#3: Furnace replaced the next day with a great crew of guys---not only were they on time but they came 30 minutes EARLY in a foot of snow and helped shovel our sidewalks and driveway before they worked all day at our house. Now we are toasty warm!

I see some on reviews mention they may cost a bit more--what is your time, peace of mind, EXCELLENT customer service, and warmth worth?

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.

The plumber had to make two visits to complete the install due to unforeseen circumstances and both times he was right on time including a morning where it had snowed the night before. The plumber was very professional and always wore booties and rolled out protection on my hardwood floors before moving the new and old water heaters.
