Best Emergency Repairs in Denver CO

We had a complete sump pump failure and ended up with 8-10 inches of water in our crawlspace. Malcom and Sean from Mile High Plumbing came in to handle this emergency-- from pumping out the standing water, to reconfiguring our sump pump system, to ensuring that the drainage was aligned properly, they did it all. Extremely professional, courteous and did amazing work. Thank you so very much.

My AC was broken due to a short circuit last week. It was really bad this month of the year. I was unsure if someone could give us such amazing and fast service. But Prime plumbing and heating Inc. services proved my work. They came in the early morning after a single call and helped us with our issue.

Update 2/20/18 - A representative from the company contacted me just hours after I posted the below review and apologized for the confusion, explained the situation, and clearly demonstrated that they take customer service/experience seriously. It was exactly the right thing to do and renewed my trust, so increased my star rating accordingly.

Not great. Didn't seem to really be experience, spent longer than it seemed it should have taken, and then didn't receive a bill for months. Wrote back to ask why the delayed billing, never got a response - just another bill with late fees accrued. Can't recommend.

Great experience. Ricky has gone above and beyond. Him and Jordan came out on the coldest day in years and got the job done and we’re very courteous of my home and the outside temps while they were working. The first company I got an estimate from used scare tactics and were crazy overpriced so I am very thankful I got a couple opinions and very happy with my decision to go with Tipping Hat.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

My water heater stopped working and Oscar came and got us fixed up in no time flat! He was super nice and professional! The work he did was amazing!!!!!

Keith was in communication before his arrival. As always, all techs have clean uniforms, shoe covers - very professional. Keith even asked me - I will be going in and out a few times - would you like me to knock or just come and go as needed? NICE! He spent some time after service to go over our system, its age, maintenance options, etc. NO PRESSURE - just giving me information. Now I have some items on MY radar for future decisonmaking! These Dudes are the dream.
I have flipped a few properties and went through every bad plumber in the Denver area. My contractor buddy told me he only uses Flow-Rite. Now I have used them on every property I have owned. The best is being able to text Rubin with my problem and he responds with a time they can come out. Makes it so easy.
This is the company when someone mentions needing a plumber you say, YOU HAVE TO USE MY PLUMBER. My Wife always brags about how one of our properties we were selling, a leak in the wall came up in the inspection. Flow-Rite came out, found the hole on the first attempt so we only had a 6 inch patch in the drywall. It was next level impressive.

I would most definitely recommend 1st response plumbing. Ilya is a awesome guy, he is very quick and you can tell that he loves what he is doing, and he takes pride in his work, which is very rare these days.

Alex came out and fixed our water heater day of! He was very responsive and when he couldn't find a part he needed he kept looking and finished day of despite it being late. Also very reasonable pricing. Can not recommend more!

The plumber was amazing! He was super friendly, professional and genuinely a nice person! He listened to our concerns and made every effort to finish the drain cleaning. He crushed it and is truly a huge asset to this company.

These guys are there best plumber's I have ever worked with. They discovered a serious problem in my basement that other plumber's had overlooked in the past. They worked extremely hard and finished the job in two days. From the boss to the foreman to the hard working crew I was super impressed. They were very respectful of the property, honest, and capable as well. 5 stars!!!!

Driver yelled learn to drive at me as he passed. I was in the right-hand lane of a 3 lane road for a reason: my terrified-of-everything dog was trying to climb over me into the back seat. The Christopher's Plumbing truck tailgated me for the less than one mile of the road before the driver yelled as I turned off. Terribly unprofessional.
