The service Manager Michael did the right thing and made all this right today and I doubt if anyone will ever not wear a mask during this pandemic that works for this company....I cannot vouch for their work yet and they are now in the running for my business. First of all when the person arrived he did not have a mask he couldn't even find one in his truck luckily I had an extra one. Then he charges me $70 without even telling me there was a fee and wasn't even sure he could fix it he put the mask on backwards shame on this company.

We came home from vacation to find a backed up drain that kept us from doing laundry. Golden West was able to send Phillip out to our house within 2 hours. The service was reasonably priced - especially since it was late on a Saturday (we went with their standard pricing). Phillip did a great job, worked quickly, and was so neat! He brought his own carpet to protect the area from splatter and wore shoe covers. I didn't have any extra cleanup to do!

Darion was very professional. Went above and beyond as far as professionalism and service! He even caught a pipe that we didn't realize would have caused massive damage in our basement. Made sure there were no leaks eaks before he left. He was also very personable. Thank you!
