Did a great job for me. My water heater broke and of course we're out of water. So they made a prompt visit replace my water heater I couldn't be happier. Second time I've used them. First time they fixed a injection pump a my basement and did a fantastic job there also and now it doesn't smell like it used to. They went above and beyond on their jobs. I have another home and I'm going to order my water heater through them on that one too.

Today, I had the best possible experience with a plumber. The plumber showed there promptly, cheerfully, and extremely well-informed. He determined the problem and set to work fixing it, at least temporarily fixing my shower and toilet. He performed an excellent job, told me what to expect, and made the whole thing easy on me. A-OK came the same day I called even though the operator didn't think they would. Technician found the problem right away and explained it to me in nontechnical language so I could understand. Then gave me a few options with prices. Could have just replaced the flame sensor to the tune of $200 but he simply cleaned it and showed me how to clean it in the future. Said if it still gave me fits I could replace it later myself. Furnace has ran better than ever for 3 days now without any problems. A-OK was very okay with me.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We had a water heater with burst pipes, which clogged our drain, and we needed someone fast and really fast. Michael was amazing over the phone. he helped us shut the water off till he arrived. I would always recommend them for anyone who needs emergency plumbers in the Denver Metro area.

This company is phenomenal they sent a master plumber who was prompt, professional and even took the time to explain why and what needed to be done to correct the issue and bring it up to code.

Great place to work

The Roto-Rooter plumber came out and looked at my issue. He literally took about 1 minute looking at it and told me it was going to cost $1,198.00 plus parts. He informed me that this fee would not include the drywall hole repair (the hole he would make in order to get in and do the repair) and I would have to call someone else forthat. I declined and paid the $69.00 fee for one minute of his time.Called another licensed plumber and he did the full repair including drywall repair for $450.00 including the parts.
