Done Plumbing did a wonderful job of taking care of our drainage problem. The tech was on time, very courteous and knew exactly how to take care of the problem and was very clean. He told us about some things we might want to consider do to our drains that will help them work better and more efficient.Done Plumbing is on the top of my list to go to for any future problems.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

My wife called Drain Terrier after our kitchen drain started backing up. They were willing to come out to SE Aurora later that day after 4PM since my wife is a teacher and I had to work late. After quickly determining where the clog was located, Tracy asked where the clean out in the basement was located and got to work after carefully covering the carpet. After clearing the clog, he ensured that the clean out cover was secured and leak free. After he was done, the area was surprisingly clean. Tracy charged us a fair price for providing us a free flowing kitchen drain. Tracy is friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely call Drain Terrier again for any future plumbing work.

We will continue to hire Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc and suggest everyone give them a chance. We hired them to repair the water heater and got advised to replace it to avoid frequent repairs. We took their advice and haven't had any issues with our water heater since the replacement.

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Park hill plumbers did a great job! I called for a emergency pipe break where my basement was flooding and Sean came and gave me a free estimate and did the repairs the same day! he was reasonable and did a great job no more problems or leaks! i also referred him to my neighbor john where he installed a nice shower faucet! And he was also very pleased with his customer service and repairs!

Thomas is wonderful! I can't thank him enough!! Emergency repairs to our septic system were performed same day. We couldn't have asked for a better person to call. If your looking for a reliable plumber, who knows what their doing, CALL TCF!!!

My mom called Tipping Hat earlier today and they sent someone out right away to fix a space heater she had in a back room. Unfortunately she can’t remember the techs name because I’d love for y’all to know who he is, he is a wonderful man! He came into the house went back to the heater, thanked my mom for still having the owners manual for the heater, he then cleaned it up and changed the filter all at no charge! My mom is 89 with early stages of dementia on a fixed income and this guardian Angel from Tipping Hat totally made her day and mine. I can’t thank you enough for sending such a wonderful repair tech to assist my mom! You’re lucky to have such a great employee. I highly recommend using this company for your needed services. Nice people and an incredible Real antique shop. Few collectibles, no license plates, no reprint posters, no avon bottles, no lamps made out of deer antlers. Just real European and American antiques of the 17th-19th century . Here is where to find 17th century Italian chairs, that special early mirror, rare lighting, and fine early decorative accessories. A true breath of ancient air at a time when true, single owner-operated shops are becoming as rare as the items they sell. Allow some time to carefully hunt through the large quantity of treasures that are to be found in this rather crowded shop.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.
