Shawn came over to do some work at a condo we are renovating. Initially we thought it was gonna be an easy fix. However, everything went downhill from there. Shawn spent 2 days at my place making sure everything was fixed and in working order with great attention to detail for a very reasonable price. Thank you again Shawn.

Had our sewer back up into our basement. Luis cleared our line and performed a camera inspection. It was discovered our line was cracked with tree roots. Luis and his team replaced our sewer line without any problems. We were amazed how organized and professional they are. We have lived in our home for 25 years and have multiple sewer companies come to our home to clear out the sewer line when blocked. Drain and Sewer solutions have hands down beaten their competitors by far. Would recommend this team to anyone with drain or sewer problems in their homes. Can't say enough about this team. The water heater in my rental blew up and these guys showed up same day and also fixed it the same day. Very professional and I was surprised by the low price. They also offer 0% for 6 months. If you can't pay in full, this option is nice to have. I highly recommend using these guys, I know I will.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Can't say enough good things. Eric came out in 7 degree weather to fix a pipe under my building. I even suggested he wait a day for the weather to get a little warmer but he came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them next time.

Great place to work

I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

We were one of many people severely affected by the Boulder floods back in September 2013. We had just purchased our home and not more than two weeks after we moved in, we were inundated with 3-days of sewage backup the left us homeless for two months. During that very busy and emotional time, we--like so many others--needed a plumber to help get us back in our home. Doug was recommended to us. Not only did he find time to come to our home almost daily within a few hours after we called, but he did a stellar job. There were times when he went to the Home Depot with my husband to help pick out the most cost effective materials, then came back and showed him how to do things himself to cut down on our costs. When all was said and done, Doug handed my husband a bill for $3,000, then promptly tore it up and, speaking as one Dad to another, and asked him to pay only a fraction of the cost. In a time of great need when Doug could have easily charged us full cost for his services and moved on, he did not. Instead, he showed compassion and was a true example of giving back to and supporting his community. Doug and his wife are phenomenal people who also happen to run a phenomenal business. I recommend them 100%.
