WHE provided an immediate response to my online inquiry and set me up with a next day appointment. They explained the issue, step-by-step, and needed repairs. They explained the problem and suggested repairs; additionally, they explained items that could wait to a later time, as they were not imperative to the current issue and were outside of my budget at this time. Their work was fast, clean, and the cost was exactly as promised, with no additional charges at the end. I absolutely use them again!

Preston came and checked out our furnace. He was extremely polite and helpful. Explained to us in detail with pictures what the issue was. We ended up needing a replacement, but you could tell he was honest.This is our first interaction with the company but it went well and I can’t stress enough how awesome Preston was.

I had a great experience with A Better Plumber. They came do a full house replacement and to fix a toilet. We also had them repair a cracked sewer pipe on our property. They were punctual and were able to get everything fixed after a few days of finding it's.Big shout-out to Greg who was with us every step of the way and assisted with any questions we had and made sure everything was in good order once they finished

We had an awesome experience. We had low water pressure and needed our water heater changed out. Our service man was very knowledgeable and personable. He was on time and was very respectful of our home with dogs. He did a fantastic job! Thank you!

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Josh and Fabian went above and beyond to service my hot water heaters. Some unexpected things arose during some work and they stayed late, and came early the next day to finish the job. They were both very knowledgable and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Just had a full HVAC System installed (Furnace and AC) and cannot say enough great things about my installer Robert and his teammate Austin. He handled all surprises with ease, took the time to explain everything to me and worked very hard to meet my time frame requirements. The work done was top notch, looked professional and clean and all with a SMILE AND LAUGHTER!!! They put out carpet liners and verified that we were happy with their cleanup efforts. My family is 100% satisfied with Doctor Fix It and new units and would highly recommend asking for Robert/Austin as your installation team.

The company was able to get Justin J out really quickly. Justin did a phenomenal job putting in a new garbage disposal. Friendly, fast, and quality. If I have any more plumbing issues, I will only be calling Time, and hopefully get Justin.
