I called Mile High at 12:30pm today with a leaky/inoperable hot water heater. Matt was at my house by 1:00pm on a Saturday. He diagnosed the need for a replacement and was off to retrieve the new unti immidiately. He returned with the heater and a helper (Malcom)- both gentlemen were proffesional and efficient. By 5:15pm my new unit was installed and working. The price never changed from qoute to writting the check (very fair) I cross referenced the material cost of the new heater.

Ever since our main cast-iron sewer line gave out in 2019, we have had a *lot* of work done through Done! Plumbing. They have always been clear and professional in assessing and solving each situation. The quality and workmanship has been top-notch for everything they’ve done, including: sewer line repair & pipe bursting / replacement, to HVAC & water heater installation, to pipe and valve repairs, and re-installation of sinks & toilets.This time we needed a toilet re-seated to ready for final inspections after this 3-year long repair process started in 2019, and postponed in 2020-2021 due to the pandemic. Darrell was great and helped explain to us a couple situations caused by tile.& drywallers that changed the toilet rough-in measurements. We ordered a new 10-inch rough-in porcelain seat & tank, and he was able to come back again this time to install it so it fit into the newly renovated space. He also pointed out some things to watch out for such as needing grout sealing & caulking in certain areas. We have had Darrell out multiple times for various parts of this project, and he has always been exceptionally spectacular!

Garrett at Denver Plumbing Solutions replaced all of my old plumbing in my house, which was galvanized pipe and replaced it with plastic pex. The new hot and cold water lines will never rust and will keep my drinking water clean for as long as a I live here! Garrett and his team were responsive, mindful of the house, clean, and completed the project ahead of schedule. Not to mention the quality of work for the price. Very affordable! Jason was a lifesaver. My bathtub drain pipe was broken and leaking like crazy. The drain pipe and associated plumbing required replacement and it was a very difficult location on a basement bathtub. The bathtub is very old and presented numerous challenges. The access was also super tight. Jason worked diligently to address all of the various issues that came up and got the bathtub drainage and plumbing all buttoned back up. He also changed out the water heater. Both projects look great and are operating perfectly. What a huge relief to have found a knowledgeable and dependable plumber. Thanks!

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

Wesley did a great job installing our water heater and a pressure valve. He would text with a time-line and arrive on time. He clearly explained our options and did quality work.

Late night emergency with water leaking from shower upstairs to bathroom downstairs. Thomas was responsive and came within an hour or two. Quickly identified the issue and had the repairs done in no time. Price was fair and he was upfront about expenses from the start. First time using TCF but we will be using him again for future plumbing needs.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
