DONE PLUMBING CAN'T BE BEAT!James and Daniel came to our home for the flushing of our water heater. While here we asked if they could also install our previously purchased new faucet for the kitchen. They were able to stay and do the additional work without hesitation. A thorough inspection of the new faucet and plumbing was performed prior to installing, and our new faucet was ready to go.Our kudos to James and Daniel. I contracted with Denver Plumbing Solutions to install all an new plumbing system in my home renovation, which he described as about 1.5-2 weeks of work in rough plumbing and a couple for days for final plumbing work . Garrett was very helpful in providing the quote, and was very responsive with communication and showing up for work up until the first progress payment was made. At this point, we had not found a reason not to trust him, and paid for work completed as well as some in advance for a few activities that were to be completed in the next week or two, given that the inspection was supposed to occur the next day. Since making that payment in early August, it has been hell to get Garrett to respond to any form of communication, let alone show up to complete the work. After the week of the progress payment, we did not hear back from Garrett at all until mid-November. He showed up to do a quick swap in a single stick of PVC in place of an existing line that had leaked, and once again again promised the work would be completed in the next week or so. The next day I received a text from him saying that he could not schedule an inspection because the city had denied his request. Despite many calls, texts and emails since that day, we have not gotten a single response from him. At this point, our house has basically been sitting waiting to pass a rough plumbing inspection for close to 5 months.

My biggest issue is the non-responsiveness and lack of follow through, but I think it's worth noting that a number of items were broken when they did perform work (our gate to our backyard, a window, and a few stairs) and Garrett either promised to fix it (the gate) or told us that we couldn't prove it was him (window). At that point we just wanted the work done and didn't make a huge issue of it.

I can understand that these are unprecedented times, but this level of unprofessionalism and difficulty in communication seems pretty ridiculous, to the point that I honestly feel that I got scammed. Not normally a review person, but wanted to make sure no one else fell for the front that I did.

We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

We appreciate the fantastic, timely, professional, and reasonable services from this company and highly recommend them!

Omega drains is a great company that I would highly recommend. They are priced nicely and do thorough work. You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Next time you schedule a pipe to spring a leak in your house, be sure to avoid Friday afternoons. I called something around five emergency plumbers and got dates spanning the next Monday (three days away) to the 27th (over 20 days away). I called TCF and was delighted to find Thomas at my door the next day at 8:30 am. He fixed it within the next half hour, wore shoe protection and a mask the whole time, and even took a look at other pipes to give me some maintenance tips. Would definitely recommend!

Why does plumbing always seem to break at the most inappropriate time? Cody, from Elite Rooter, stopped by when he said he would with the correct part and fixed the inner workings of our wall mounted bathtub faucet that had chosen the exact moment to break when I wanted to take a bath several hours before! I turned the faucet on but couldn’t get the water to turn off so we had to turn the water off to the entire house until it was repaired!! Cody was efficient, friendly, courteous, and highly skilled. Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
