Shawn came over to do some work at a condo we are renovating. Initially we thought it was gonna be an easy fix. However, everything went downhill from there. We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

We appreciate the fantastic, timely, professional, and reasonable services from this company and highly recommend them!

Adriel borghesi showed up on Friday for an emergency call (backup in our main line when we returned from vacation) and I am so grateful. He was very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem, answered all of my questions, gave me tips to keep it from happening again, and made me feel so much better about a “crappy” situation. Thank you for your hard work! I’d also like to thank Jay Hulsey. Our issue didn’t need restoration services, but he was very patient with me and thoroughly explained my options.Edit- the work that was done was fantastic, but the follow up is very poor. We had a sewer scope scheduled after the aforementioned issue and the technician didn’t show up. I called a few times to sort it out and schedule a new appointment. The technician who came out for my second scheduled appointment was great, but trying to get the footage is like pulling teeth. I don’t know if it’s just my local branch, but dealing with the office takes A LOT of calling, leaving messages, and calling again. I still don’t have the footage, which my husband wants to review before giving the go ahead for an expensive sewer line replacement. They will not follow up with you. Be prepared to spend a lot of time leaving messages and waiting.

Charles did an excellent job installing the gas line for our new outdoor fire pit and grille in a very timely fashion and excellent service doing what he said he will do. I recommend him definitively!

One leaky faucet replaced with a new Delta faucet. We also upgraded the water leads to quality lines and values. Great work, great value.

This company impressed me with their honesty. They saved my family about $15,000 by connecting us with Denver Water who replaced a water line for free. I commend them for not taking our money when they certainly could have made a nice profit on our job!

Used Hurricane to repair and replace a shower cartridge that was leaking. Their quote was more expensive than competition but I used them thinking they would do better work. Six months later the leak is back and they want to charge me full price and will not stand behind their work. The one positive is they are responsive and staff seems friendly. I would not recommend this company to a friend!

Update- Manager called today and was very professional and apologized for my experience. She offered to send someone out but I already addressed the leak. I updated my rating to reflect the managers responsiveness and professionalism.

Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.
