I am completely blown away at the service, professionalism and kindness I received from the people at Roto-Rooter. I called on a Sunday night and was immediately met with a sympathetic voice and an appointment for the overnight specialist. Unfortunately the job they were on took longer than expected so I was called back and informed and was scheduled for first thing in the morning. Mike and his associate came in and immediately knew what to do. We had a clogged main pipe from root intrusion. They were kind and informative. They broke down the pricing and gave me tips to help in the future. they were in and out within an hour. Mike called base personally to get a cam specialist to my house that day to make sure our pipe was in good shape and wouldn't need attention sooner than later. Nick came in and was very nice. He explained everything he was doing and even sang along with my toddler while he prepped for his job. Once he was done he explained everything and gave me all my options in detail for future plans for my pipe. My house is older so the pipe is a bit compromised. Nick left and I felt so happy and relieved. At no extra cost to me, because I had water spilling out from the bottom of my toilet at the start of all this, Roto-Rooter sent a water damage specialist out to make sure my bathroom was ok and wouldn't grow mold. His name was Brandon. He was also very kind and informative. He checked every inch of flooring, wall and baseboards and explained exactly what to do and get to remedy the problem. While all this was taking place I was also being called between visits so that I knew to expect the specialists. I was expecting the worst but was left feeling informed and happy. In my opinion, the pricing was very fair and I couldn't believe that the water damage specialist was no charge. I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter in the future and I've been recommending them to my fellow homeowners and small businesses owners friends and family too. A+ from this happy customer for sure. Shopping around is always smart but this kind of service, honesty, professionalism and fairness is not always easy to find. I speak from experience.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.
