He has done work for me several times-installing water lines for a washer, repairing pipes, installing new faucets. He provides an estimate before he starts the job. Recently, I texted him on a Sat evening when a faucet broke and he got back to me right away with questions and suggestions on a replacement to have on hand when he showed up on Mon AM. I appreciated him pointing out a pipe that was failing and taking care of that on his visit, too. The best!

I am so happy with the outstanding service I received from Leo. I’m 66 years old and have owned homes since 1982. I’ve used many companies to inspect and tune-up my furnaces. Leo is by far the best tech to ever provide this service. I’ve had some good techs in the past. I thought one in particular was great. But Leo made every previous tech look like apprentices. Leo was so thorough. He checked every component and operation. He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions and provided great advice. When I told him I would ask for him in the future, Leo said all of Swan’s techs are as qualified and experienced. Swan Plumbing and heating is now my go-to contractor for all my furnace needs. And I will definitely contact them for any plumbing service. Thank you Leo and Swan!!

Marcus and his team are the very best. They go out of their way to help with emergency problems which we recently had with a hot water heater. They came out almost immediately and replaced the hot water heater. They are always professional, careful and through. I highly recommend Befort!

Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

The technician (Dan) was on time, and extremely professional throughout the entire time he was here. He walked in, saw where the work needed to be done and got right to it. During the sewer work, he showed us where he thought in our lawn we were getting some tree root issues and continued on with his work until complete. Noticed that my basement main line was backed up when we went to put away our Halloween decorations. We called Plumbline at 10 pm and they returned my call by 10:30 pm. They sent out Jesse Loback the next morning and he arrived promptly and on time. After a few minutes of investigating, Jesse discovered that a piece of rubber was blocking the drain. He removed it and everything was fine. He didn’t charge me anything, cleaned up the and mess, gather his stuff and left. Thank you Jesse and Plumbline. We will definitely call Plumbline for any future plumbing problems.

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

Refused to discuss or look at new Heat Pump (Geothermal) unit. Low pressure switch is either bad or unit has a small refrigerant leak. I have pressure switch coming from manufacturer, it’s a $5 dollar part. Owner said he doesn’t work on homeowner provided units. I’m a general contractor and didn’t have a chance to even tell him this. He said he would be happy to replace entire unit... That’s funny ! Funny thing is I have (4) single family homes I’m building in 2021 and my HVAC contractor retired in the past year, I’m looking for a good company to do my work and be responsive. Homeowners beware! Never judge a book by it’s cover, Sir! Big mistake!!!

AAARK saved the day! Our furnace stopped working on New Year's Eve. We went 5 nights without heat during the holiday period when temperatures dropped to single digits. The original installation company did not respond satisfactorily, so on 1/4/2022, after a work associate suggested calling AAARK, I had a phone conversation with Michael about the situation. Michael at AAARK was both helpful and responsive, and immediately arranged for Chad to go to our house to assess the problem. Chad was very knowledgeable and considerate during his visit. The respective bids from AAARK to either repair or replace a 12 year old unit were considerably lower than the estimates received the same day from another larger company. Given the timing, availability of parts, age of the existing unit, cost of repairs on key components of the furnace, we chose to replace the unit. Michael scheduled the replacement for the next day. On 1/5, Michael and Chad were prompt, courteous, professional, informative. They removed the older unit, modified and improved existing areas of installation, retaining the humidifier and air filtration systems, (and were later joined by Travis). By mid-afternoon we had comfortable whole house heat again. Their work exceeded our expectations -- providing excellent service with a very good value and quality. Upon request, they even safely turned on a gas fireplace that had not been used for years. My wife and I highly recommend AAARK Heating, Air & Plumbing. AAARK may save your day too!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
