We had an emergency come up and had no electricity. Prior to incident we were informed 24/7 services would be available. However, during this incident we were told they wouldn’t be able to come out for serval days which would obviously put anyone in a difficult situation. We counted on this company to be reliable and honest and they were a let down on all accounts.

I came home on a cold night in February to find out that my furnace wasn’t working. It was 5:30 at night, so I had to call a company who was open after hours. I looked at the reviews and saw that Golden West had great reviews. Well, they exceeded my expectations. It started with Sarah, who answered the phone. So friendly and helpful. Then within an hour Carlos came to the door. He was amazing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything so I could understand what was going on. It was a simple problem and a lot of companies would try to tell you more is wrong than there really was. Not Carlos. I will use Golden West again if needed and I will definitely ask for Carlos.Thank you for everything!

My technician, Troy, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt like he really cared and wanted to help me with my issue and fix the problem. I was able to be seen the same day I called to get my air conditioning working again! That was greatly appreciated! I will definitely call Plumbline in the future and request Troy.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Horizon Services comes to our house, twice yearly, to do a routine maintenance/check up on our furnace. Recently, Reese was here, doing that service for us, and while checking out our furnace, discovered several leaks in our flue. They were in an area that was hidden and not easily seen, so we hadn't noticed them. When he pointed it out to me, I immediately gave my approval to have it all replaced! Thankfully, he did such a thorough and professional job for us as it could have resulted in a carbon monoxide leak in our house with disastrous results! We couldn’t be happier with all of our interactions with AAARK. From the initial meeting to discuss options to service or replace our old furnace, to the quote, to the install - AAARK was patient and professional. We had many questions about the new boiler system and every detail was explained to our satisfaction. After the install we still had a couple of questions about our new unit vs what we were used to and Matt Jackson came out so he could be sure to address any concerns we had in person instead of over the phone. A whole new heating system is a significant investment and Matt said he wanted to make sure we were 100% happy. We are! Our home is warm and energy efficient. I have no doubt that if we have any problem at all, AAARK will be there. They are also our go- to for all of our plumbing needs. Update May 2021- another excellent experience! We contacted AAARK to replace our lumpy old patio pavers with a smooth concrete surface. We are so happy with the transformation and the price. Julio, Junior and Antonio did a wonderful, professional job on the concrete work- even working around existing poles and plantings- and left the worksite spotless. At the last minute,, we decided to add some electrical outlets to the space and Jimmy made it happen. Bottom line- if you have a vision, call AAARK. They have the right people with the right experience.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
