Scheduling the appointment was easy, the Service Pro (Brandon) was prompt and professional, and he ended up saving me over $10k from what I thought I wanted. The install was very quick and super clean. Paul was great! I called him in the morning and he dropped by that afternoon. He was able to find the leak and fixed it at a great rate (about a quarter of what the insurance company was charging me). Professional and great quality. I can easily say that we will use him again!

Explained in order to put in a new box behind the washer they would have to cut the drywall they knew what size the frame was that giro around the cut out but the finished project I has a hole above the frame when I asked about it I was told it easily can be fixed and I know I can do it and I know I can have someone do it however I was not real pleased. Andy saved our lives! Well not literally but he saved us from our apartments unbearable heat which is almost equivalent. We had a problem with our AC unit and actually had another company come by and take a look the week before who told us this would be an impossible project and would cost us over 10k... we were pretty devastated and were preparing to be without heat for the next few months.THANK GOD we decided to call Golden West!! As soon as Andy stepped foot into our apartment I could tell that he was here to give us clear answers about what exactly is wrong and how to fix it. Turns out our thermostat was broken which was a pretty easy fix to get our AC up and running again.It was very impressive not only how detail oriented Andy was, but how well versed he was in how thermostats work and communicate. He was able to explain the situation to me so that I understood what was going on and immediately fix the faulty thermostat that same day!! It was truly incredible.This experience has renewed my faith in HVAC companies. These folks were great. They got me scheduled very quickly, within a day, whereas other companies were saying it would take 2 weeks to come out. The tech was on time & very professional and easy to talk to. He performed diagnostic tests on my furnace blower and AC unit and identified the issues. I chose to do the repair work myself to save on cost, but the tech took the time to answer all my questions and give me tips on how to do the job. He was very informative and very helpful. This company was easy to work with, straight forward, and helpful.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
