Thomas is great! He was very patient and understanding in dealing with me and my issue. And willing to come help me on short notice. He even took the time to help me understand the repair and how I might resolve a similar issue in the future, as I was interested. He is very personable and polite, and it's clear that he genuinely enjoys helping people out. Can't say enough good things.

Fridge flooding .. MAJOR. Got it stopped and didn't try to scare me into doing more than the necessary triage.

We used Tipping Hat to install central air when we only had a furnace. Cesar, Kyle and Taylor were incredibly professional and did a great job with the electrical portion and the overall service of the install. Alden was very knowledgeable and was able to install the condenser where we wanted it and not where it was easiest to work with, despite the difficulty and problem solving involved. We are very happy with the service that was provided and highly recommend them!

Paul and his son are on it. They are very knowledgeable and get the work done. They helped us after another company messed up and could not figure out the problems. I would highly recommend them!

I posted a review after Drylan was here for a service, however, my furnace would not light, so Drylan came back on Monday. He tried to fix it, but said, the best solution was to replace the furnace. He gave me several options, and I chose to finance the cost with their 18 months no interest. Jared was here Tuesday, and worked tirelessly on this old furnace. I was so impressed with his workmanship, his work ethics and kindness...my dogs loved him! As you can see from the photos, this gas forced air furnace was a monster - over 70 years old! Scott, the electrician came to hook up the electrical components - and was so brilliant in figuring out how to run the wire in this 1940's home.I can't say enough good about Swan - they may be a few dollars more, but the service you get is worth a million! Oh...and the gals in the office! They answer the phone - friendly and always do what they say they are going to do! This is a treasure of a business! Family owned and it shows!!!Here we go, winter is approaching in Denver. I have an old gas forced air furnace that was built in this house 1949. I have lived here 26 years and never had a problem until this week. I looked through my Value Pak and there was a coupon from Swan and a couple others. I like that they are a family owned business and been around awhile. The gals on the phone were so professional and scheduled me right away to have a diagnostic test done. Drylon showed up on time, friendly, professional and petted my Jack Russell's! Well....you won't believe this.....but....I had the setting on the furnace set to pilot - Drylon turned the knob to on - and whooooosh! There was heat!!! He was very thorough and shared with me that my furnace was omitting gases....not a big amount, but I should consider replacing. No hardcore sales pitch, just honest concern for my safety. I really liked what he had to say, and will get a bid from him...and may consider a new furnace and air-conditioned. I would definitely go with Swan!! Thanks guys! BTW, Drylon did not even charge me - so that's what real old fashion customer service is all about!!! Bravo!!

Lamar was Friendly and very helpful in the process and didn’t a great job and he was also fast! Heat went out not even 12 hours or less they came out to help right away, would recommend to others!

The technician from 24 HRS Emergency Plumber Denver Inc is courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He made my wife and me feel very comfortable and confident in his workmanship. I would recommend them.

We found Mark through our neighbor, who recommended him and spoke very highly of his work. Mark has since helped us with an emergency job that I thought would be a HUGE blow to our wallet, but his cost was totally fair! He arrived just 2 hours after I called him, and completed the job 1/2 hour before he estimated. He was efficient, quick, honest and did great work. We will call Z plumbing again!

I had an issue with a furnace they installed last year. They responded quickly and even called to let me know they had earlier availability than my appointment. Once the tech arrived, he was quick but thorough and very professional. Took care of the issue and made sure it won't be an issue going forward. Great service!

Leroy got back to us with 30 minutes of call in to service. My husband set up a time for the following morning, Within 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. We made the decision to replace the water heater. He and his helper completed the job,. Leroy walked my husband through the work, which was completed and done well. A professional and a pleasant disposition, we were quite happy with his work.

Lou and his team were extremely knowledgeable at their craft. He went the extra mile to ensure the issue won't happen again. Highly recommended and price was reasonable.

Capra plumbing is fantastic. These guys are very professional and personal. Can't reccomend them enough. Service and quality of work are top notch. We had a minor emergency and Dean got us back up and running in no time with great workmanship and a friendly attitude; on a Monday morning no less.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
