Tyler (1) diagnosed the problem with our( very old) air conditioner (2) took a great deal of time to explain our options for a new air conditioner and furnace, and educated us in the process. Mark just came to my rescue! I called Mark because he'd done great work for me in the past and I needed help right away. It was a Saturday and I don't think he planned on working that afternoon but he heard my story -- I shattered a toilet during the night and water had leaked all over as well. He dropped everything and headed to my rescue within 10 minutes! I told him I'd chosen a toilet online at Home Depot and could pay for it over the phone but asked if he could pick it up? He did. Then he came and dismantled the shattered toilet, disposed of it and installed the new toilet which looks beautiful. All within 2 hours. He's a pro and has done plumbing and a lot of other work for over 25 years. No job is too big or small, he just cares about helping people and does excellent work. He's affordable and has the highest integrity. I'll never use anyone else.

Robert came out and had to navigate a tough situation with how little space he had to install the reverse osmosis water filtration system that I ordered. He had to adjust at one point but was able to get the job done and even realized my original plumber incorrectly marked the hot and cold water, so he corrected those hookups for me as well. They texted me to see if he could come early as he finished a job early, so I appreciated that. Great service and great tech they sent out.

After several weeks of attempting to find a plumber based on recommendation, I finally googled and started calling down the list. They were the first to answer so they got my business. I was very pleased about the entire experience, from dispatch to the actual visit. Josh was very informative about what he was doing, was clean and contentious of my house and resolved the issue. I'm pleased that they also have HVAC services as I'm happy to give this company more of my business.

Just wanted to put in a good word for Plumbline technician Mike Stokes. He replaced our shower faucets, installed a water conditioner, and flushed our water tank. Mike was pleasant, cordial, thorough, and professional. Definitely rates 5 stars for service!

Our heat went out during the polar vortex! The Horizon guys showed up within the hour, first thing in the morning. Ben and Jon were great, very friendly and professional, they got our system back up and running in no time. Highly recommend!!

I have been contracting with AAARK Total home services for more than 15 years. I have had them do several significant jobs, for me on my rental property, my business and my personal home. I have had to call them out on several emergency calls over the years (not on their work) and they ALWAYS respond quickly. I have found the office staff professional and ALL the technicians to be expert's in their I field, do professional high quality honest work in a timely fashion, they always wear boot covers coming into my homes and ALWAYS clean up after themselves.

On two different occasions I was out of the country and depended, trusted AAARK and especially Titus T to just get it handled, on all of those jobs, one was a complete remodel on a rental property, I was always treated more than fair, whether is was a $100k job or a few $100.00, their professionalism was always the same. My friends and associates that I have referred them to have had the same experience.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
