These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

There is nothing negative I can say. Wes was completely upfront and honest about the cost for a visit to inspect the issue. We had a bathtub faucet that wouldn't shut off. He checked a couple of things prior to taking the faucet apart. As soon as he took the cover off he knew what the issue was, the previous plumber installed one manufactures cartridge into another manufacturers diverter and the previous plumber didn't take time to clean the housing. They were an improper fit which caused a poor seal, eventually leading to failure. Wes told me over the phone the base cost for the visit and once the problem was diagnosed the cost for replacing the damaged part. He maintained good conversation while completing the work timely. He fit me into his schedule at my convienence and showed up at the house when he said he would be there. He took my calls and responded to my texts timely. He cleaned everything up after he was finished working and left everything clean behind him. I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues. Easily a 5/5 star review.

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard.
